I got my first shot last month about 6 weeks ago July 9th from Dr. Mariano Busso in Miami, Florida. My pics below were one month before, day two, and last yesterday. This is from the first treatment. I expect to get about three or four. Getting my second treatment tomorrow. I am happy with the results and met my expectations.
Here is my experience: My neck was noticeably swollen for about 6 days. Then my neck was "slightly" swollen for about another full week. Then finally after about 4 weeks after all swelling subsided my neck definitely lost some fat and definitely looked better. I would recommend to get done on a Thursday or late Wednesday an take Thurs and Friday off if you are conscience about the swelling. There was no activity limitations in anyway. I anticipate to get three or four treatments.

it looks like photo one is a different angle than the other 2.

I did not intend to post anything about this procedure so I did not actually take an "official" before picture. The before picture of my neck was from a "selfie" I took in my car about 1 month before procedure. Only pic I had that kinda reflected my "before" neck as best possible.

Hello, I had Kybella done two weeks and two days ago and I still have some swelling and numbness...was there anything you found that helped the swelling go down?

Hi...I used ice for the first 24 hours. I believe that may have helped. But I did have swelling for about two weeks...

Thanks. Not painful at all. Only issues is again the swelling. It is not itchy at all. Only interesting thing is the slight numbness that happens after the injections, but slowly dissipates. But slowly. Not a big deal though nor painful or itchy in anyway.
That's great! I can really see a difference. Has it been painful at all? What about itchy, for some reason I feel like it would be itchy. I don't know why, but curious.
