only thing I can say is just sleeping in the cot is no joke I mean it will hurt your back but is just something you have to get used to and also the swelling it is very important to wear your faja with board and foams everyday as much as you can , do not lay on your stomach because mc adoo says you will lose fat little by little that way , and also wear your vest I am seeing the full results and all I can say is damn my ass is fat!! i know i'm still swollen!! i went out today without garment on and that's what the indentation is on my tummy from my pants ,another thing is make sure u get massages it relieves the swelling and detoxes you too improve healing . will post more pics during my 2 month follow up

Happy healing to you! You look so amazing!! Im also thinking about liposuction but i'm worried about the recovery(pain). If you don't mind answering ... How did you feel immediately after waking up from surgery? On a scale of 1-10 how bad is the pain? And when were you able to maneuver on your own?
first day i wouldn't say pain but a lot of discomfort!! you will still be on pain mess so it's not that bad but the discomfort is almost too much you will be sleep a lot. and i would say by day 3 you will be moving around and feeling better.

Day of treatment
surgery day
got to seduction at 5am nobody showed up til 530am . when they opened up my husband couldn't go back there with me so they wrote down his number so they can call him when i made it out of surgery safely. took drug test send they had me change and put me on iv, after about 30 min i saw dr mcadoo and he talked to me about his doctrine because i asked why it say D.O no he explained that he had the choice of md or do which means he study eastern medicine and he not only does surgery but makes sure your eating healthy after surgery! he's so good!!! after he marked me up i went in the next room and layed on the table and woke up shaking and in so much pain . i probably stayed there maybe 2 hrs after surgery couldn't move nothing it was horrible feeling . finally my ride came to take me to recovery house , but mind you they hadn't called my husband to tell him i was alright he had to go private eye to get information on how i was doing being that he could not stay
