Try to go to a massage believe me it works your swelling will go down fast buy the cream arnicare is really good and massage yourself down not up

Want more results!
I feel a new confidence with my body but i'm still not where I want to be. Been working out 3 to 4 times a week at the gym, reducing my food intake and trying to eat healthier, but i'm not losing weight. Considering going for a second time for liposuction this upcoming year in Miami again.

I don't know why your doctor suggested you not to get a tummy tuck and only do lipo. You obviously have some hanging belly that does not go away just by lipo. Not saying you don't look good but i would have opted for lipo.

no its okay, she did but there wasn't enough time for recovery. I made the mistake of only making my trip to Miami a week and a half long. She said i would need about 2 to 3 weeks of recovery. plus i rather have a hanging belly then a horrible scar.
