I must say that I love the way my tummy looks and they way my clothes fit. I am now dealing with keloids. Dr. Broudo suggested I start using Oleeva silicone strips. Keloids are very uncomfortable, hopefully I will see results pretty soon.

awesome results... how much did you weigh before and after
In 2001 when I had the gastric bypass, I weighed 250. I went down to 147, and have maintained the weight loss. I now fluctuate between 140 and 145. Before the tummy tuck I was wearing a size 12, after tummy tuck a size 6 fits perfectly. I had a full tummy tuck and muscle reconstruction, Dr. Broudo, the plastic surgeon, also repaired two hernias. You will not regret the tummy tuck, however keep in mind that this will be a slow recovery.

I have my surgery on 12/3 and on my 60th birthday. Can you share your recovery time with me. How to go back to work in 2 weeks.  Since I am able to work  some.  Do you think that's too enthusiastic ?

I lost 100 pounds in 2001, have been dealing with...

I lost 100 pounds in 2001, have been dealing with the extra skin around my stomach since then. I was just afraid to do it. I decided to have the surgery and lost 4.6 kilos from the surgery (10 pounds). My stomach is very tight. I still have puckering around the incision, but Dr. Broudo assures me it will get better. This a slow healing process.
