I've always said I wanted a nice butt. I work around beautiful ladies everyday and this year for my birthday I said f it. I made an appointment about 3 weeks before my procedure. The staff at spectrum from day one was very helpful and answered questions. If theh couldn't ask questions they got upper management to answer my questions. I stayed at the recovery house .. The staff there was great wasn't very pleased with the lady over the recovery house though. The key at spectrum that gave the massages was extremely awesome I always forget her name. It's only one with blonde hair. Now to the procedure.. Dr. Ortega is/was the best I had questions and pictures but when he came in before my procedure he made me feel so welcomed I totally forgot to ask any questions. He was very detailed on everything. Explained everything to the T. The anesthetist was extremely great my three shots of tequila that put me to sleep before surgery worked well. I woke up really cold that's just me. Follow up visits were cold but educating. The only hard part was flying home.
