That's all folks! Done with my treatment.

So I know I haven't posted in such a long time--since tray 7/11 to be exact. I didn't want to keep updating with little progress. However, now that I am a few days on my last tray, I thought I would provide some photos of my "final" result.

Overall, I am very pleased with Smile Direct Club and this decision. I am more than happy with my smile, and I would recommend this program to people who cannot afford several thousand dollars to get the smile they want. The customer service hasn't been super awesome; there were some hiccups along the way (been waiting for 6 weeks for my retainers). However, I still think that the program is worth it.

As for retention, I contacted my dentist who oversaw my treatment with Smile Direct Club and have an appointment the day after my treatment officially ends (12/31) to get a permanent retainer on both upper and lower teeth. The cost for that is $500 total ($250 each arch). Although pricey, I think it is absolutely worth it to keep my smile finally in place.

What do y'all think? I haven't used any of the whitening pens I got, so I may post more photos once I've used that for a couple of months. Please let me know if I can help in any other way. This site has been great for me and really helped me bite the bullet and finally get the smile I've always wanted.

Thank you!

Trays 7/11

This is my teeth at the end of trays 7/11. I can't believe I only have two more months to go after this! The time has gone by so fast.

I didn't realize how crooked my top teeth were until I saw this picture, WOW! I got the aligners primarily because I hated my bottom teeth and thought my top teeth were pretty good. However, I can see so much of a difference on my top teeth. Hopefully my bottom teeth straighten out in the next two months.

What do you think? Think I'll need refinements?

More progress pics

Figured that since I have to take all these pics for the "90 day check-in", that I would include them here. I'm on tray 6/11.

Sorry for the terrible quality. I don't have a very good camera.
