As soon as i walked into the office and met Millie...
As soon as i walked into the office and met Millie and the receptionist I felt very at ease since I was very nervous about the surgery. I had been thinking about getting my nose done since I was so self concious about myself and really struggled throughout my life with teasing in school and even with my own family. I learned to mask my emotions and just started to laugh at myself because if not i would feel worse. I told Jules and Millie my story and they were so sweet and understanding. Jules told me she got teased as a little girl and really opened up about her own personal experience and really made me feel like i was not alone. She explained everything in detail and really took her time to make sure i understood what was going on and made me feel calm and really secure. Millie was so warm and nice, making sure i knew how to be prepared before my surgery and always greeted me with her welcoming smile.
Honestly, I was blessed to have had such an amazing surgeon like Dr. Altman and his amazing staff. The office is so beautiful too, it has a modern day chiq decor its stunning. The medical staff and the nurses i would see during my follow ups and post care were so incrediby knowlegable and attentive to my every need. Every question i had or when i would express my nervousness they were so understanding.
Surgery was an ease as well, the process before surgery was easy and i wasnt as scared as i imagined i would be. The nurse went over everything in detail and even asked me if i needed a copy of my forms. Then i went home and they called me to check up on me and to see if i had any questions. I remember my mother was so glad we chose Dr. Altman because we had searched a great surgeon for some time before and we just weren't 100% sure. The instant I met the doctor i knew i wanted to have my surgery there and with him. He has a witty personality and really takes his time in listening to you and your needs. He is truly so personable that you cant help but feel comfertable. He is also really informative and knows his work.
Overall my surgery expirience with Dr. Altman and his office was a life changing expirience. Ill always be thankful for his work of art skills and for his well selected staff and his warm personality. Im now over 6 months out and I've felt so insanely happy. Im getting compliments ive never thought i would get and ive even met someone special too. Im so happy i made my choice!
