One month after revision
WORTH IT
Update...my nose looks nice....it is only one month after revision. I am sorry I don't want to spend more time here on Realself. I am glad my surgery was done after 5 yrs of being unhappy after first rhinoplasty. Dr. Bustillo gave me my face back....the breathing is better too.... If I am still happy few months later I will let you know ;-)

Hello, is there anybody who can send me before and after photos of revision rhinoplasty done by Dr. Andres Bustillo, please. I heard he is very good specialist. I had a consultation with him already and I like him but I would like to know more about his happy patients... (Or unhappy). Thank you very much.

I haven't been a patient of Dr. Bustillo, but like many, I've heard good things about him. Good luck with the surgery!

Hi Dina, I had a revision rynoplasthy with doctor Bustillo on the first week of December. My tip was a little crooked. I had my first surgery 15 years ago. Surgery went very well. I also corrected a deviated septum. My nose is very simétrical now but still swollen. I am gonna post a full review in a few months. Dr. B called me the day before surgery and the next day I called at night and he answered imedeatly. I travelled a 13 days post surgery so I saw him in his office one day before taking the plane. The nurses, anesthesiologist were all excellent. If you want I can send you some pictures inbox. Please let me know what you decided about your surgery. Best regards.

Hi I'm thinking of having a revision and it would be almost the same of what you got done. My tip is a little crooked with a deviated septum it would be my second revision and I'm really nervous about that. Would there be any way you can show me before/after pictures of it if you liked the results I would really appreciate it so much.

i love him, but the office staff won't let me talk to him without filling out many many forms. his aesthetic is fantastic. so is kim patrick murray's out in florida. i like both of these doctors very much.

I love Kim Patrick Murray girltown:-) he keeps the character of people's noses , doesn't overly change tips , keeps columella show , and does not shave down a slight tension lip which I noticed many of his patients have. You don't want to overly change people , it's very important to keeps these features . It keeps The length of the nose from the front . It keeps femininity in check . A overly short nose from the front can masculinize a face.

Will you be posting updated photos ? I noticed lately that all Bustillo revision or primaries for that matter disappear , but specifically the ones who get revisions never posted the results after claiming how great he was, and posting before photos.

...before my revision I was thinking why people do not post photos. I took hundreds of photos after my first nose job. I was so excited and then I ended up looking ugly with a breathing problem. This time I do not really want to talk about it and that is why I did not post new photos. Also it will take time for final result......but I look good, the breathing is better.... I am still mad at myself for choosing bad Dr.for the first time because if I would go to Dr. Bustillo before I am sure I would get exactly what I was looking for without having problems for five years.

1. My original nose looked almost the same as my new nose done by Dr. Bustillo but with little bump. I liked my original tip but wanted to smooth the bump.
2. I had first rhinoplasty in November 2011 with another Dr. from Miami who did not know what he was doing. Dr Bustillo did my revision.
3. I can not say my previous surgeon's name because he finaly paid for my revision. I kept sending him emails for 5 yrs because I could not breath and his bad job totally changed my whole look. I was cute girl and then I looked like some old ugly sister. I was crying for 5 yrs and I was not able to do things like before because I just could not breath. I was scared I will end up alone because I was so unhappy. After this revision I feel like myself is back.
4. Dr Bustillo used Gortex for my destroyed bridge and graft from septum to the tip. That is all I know :-)
