So I been a little absent from my page but decided to come back and show my progress.. it is going very well but this swelling does not help. I had to go back to work 2 weeks after so I been pretty busy and this does not help but what can I do that's the challenges of been a single mom that needs to get back to making the money . So here is my latest side by side pick of pre op and 3 weeks post op

Looking amazing ...my drains came out after day 2 ..something my surgeon here in Spain does !!
Thanks my lovely, post some pics of your progress so I can see you..I still have mines in and he says that he will not take them out until I drain less than 25cc for 48 hours a and that does seem like anytime soon.

I tried posting , without any luck so far , cos my surgeon is in Spain , he has to be approved by Real Self Trem ...I have now found him on their site , so will try again ..

Had my lymphatic drainage today ..was dreading it , but was actually good , and I felt heaps better afterwards , as the practitioner said I was very swollen on one side , that it would help. Have another booked for Friday ...

Beautiful! Yes girl! Dangit I've been trying to loose more weight but my self will has gone out the window today lol I'm like ok my sx is on Monday like I'm not na loose anymore haha but I'm like nooo I'm gna start retaining water if I eat carbs!! Lol did they weigh u before surgery?!

5 days post op and it going great
So I'm officially 5 days post op, getting use to my new tight (very tight) body ????. Recovery these past few days has not been as awful as I thought it would be but at the same time I'm really good with pain. The worst part for me has been the swelling and a little anxiety attack episode I went through because of the tightness in my chest. Other than that it just been normal activities that a person goes through with surgical recovery. Since I read the comments from my other fellow realselfers , I been drinking prune juice and taking my colace so my constipation has not been a problem for me either. Ladies out there going to have a procedure this week buy Arnica gel , my doctor didn't recommend to purchase this but I have a friend who had surgery advise to buy this and the best for the swelling and bruising, it does wonders. I have an appointment to see the doctor on Wednesday to see my progress and I'll update you ladies then..

I've got my first post op appointment tomorrow for dressing and drainage massage ...am dreading that part as I am sooooo sore and bruised xx
Thank you, I hope all is going well for you also. My PS says I have to wait 2 weeks before getting massages , I guess that do things differently here ..I totally get the bruising and soreness because I feel the same way.
I think two weeks is about right to be honest , but I live in UK and have to fly home next Monday so clinic want to do some massage before I go ... Will see how I feel tomorrow , but I think I will tell them I don't want one yet ..toooo sore .
Had a shower this morning ..was great , got my husband to put some arnica cream on the lipo bruises , felt well enough to go and get some lunch out !!
