After speaking to a former surgical coordinator (Michelle V) for a few months, and going through consultations with local plastic surgeons, I decided to book my surgery at CG Cosmetic Center. I have yet to have the surgery performed and am already regretting my decision.
Supposedly Michelle V is no longer there. I have no idea when she left because the last time I spoke to her was in February when I gave her my $1,000 deposit. I received a credit card receipt, was told Dr Loessin would be my surgeon, but have not received anything else. I have been sending/leaving multiple voice and email messages for the person who took over for her, Karina. I have yet to receive a response back. This is completely unacceptable. I am not buying a product, but a risky, life altering service... one which requires that I have COMPLETE confidence in not only the surgeon, but the staff as well. If they cannot answer my calls prior to the procedure, what is going to happen IF I have problem post-surgery?
The lack of customer service at this place is appalling. You would assume that they would have proactively reached out to all of Michelle V's clients to let them know who the new coordinator is, and provide any missing information & documentation. Clearly they don't care about anyone but themselves. This place is a mess.
Again, this is not a review of Dr Loessin. I have yet to have the procedures done. This is more a review of the utterly incompetent staff at CG Cosmetic Surgery Center. If you are considering this place, I would highly recommend that you go elsewhere. It is not worth the hassle.
