So it's been 4 days since my operation and I would lie it has been tough. I came off my pain medication yesterday as I am becoming constipated. I am doing fine with the pain as it has decreased. The challenge is walking and straightening up. It is difficult. At this stage, you should have support, you would need help doing simple tasks. Having a good support team will help in your recovery - mentally and emotionally. Mentally you can go into the 'why did I do this?' but it will be only be for a while.

Haven't met him yet but his staff Cynthia and Nancy make me feel sooooooo comfortable! And that's only phone convos! The process is a 'come in, get done, get out' kind of process and I guess it's because they are so booked. Overall at 4 days, I see improvement but can't really say anything until fully recovered. Will keep updated as time progresses.....

It's been 1 day!

Just came back from my post op visit. To be honest the pain I feel is from the tightening of the muscles - it's tight! I could actually see my coochie when I stand! Lol before I had to lift my stomach up! Overall, the procedure went well. Boobs are perky and it just the discomfort now. Heading to the office on Wednesday . Hope they take these drains out!
