I have learned so much from everyone else on this site that I've decided to share my journey. I am not sure yet if I am going to share pictures just yet. I know they have helped me tremendously, just a little apprehensive at this moment. I'm a 36 y/o with 3 kids I breastfed. I'm 5"8 and 150lbs. I wear a 34b at VS. Right now I will be going with Mentor round smooth 375cc's moderate plus profile. I have my Pre-op appt this Friday to finalize size and iron out all the details. I am a little nervous I will be too big or too small, lol. I want to look as natural as possible. I will update Friday after my appt.

I just completed my Pre-Op today and I'm more nervous now than before. My PS increased my size to 425cc and that has made me even more nervous. He said that I would still be a C just a fuller C but not in VS sizes. He told me that I have a lot of loose and empty skin on top that needs to be filled in. He explained that the projection is not really going to change its just going to fill me in more to give me a nice cleavage. I understand exactly why he increased the cc's but my mind was all set on the 375cc and I just have to process the increase. I paid the procedure in full and signed my life away, lol. I've decided to share my pictures. The before and after pictures have helped me so much. The first thing I did when I got out was search for 425cc. I found someone that had similar stats and went with 425 but had 0 pictures, nooooo! So I've decided to upload my pictures, lol. Hope everyone is having a good day!

I guess a lot goes into consideration. I'm getting 250 and am hoping to end up full C. I tried on 275 rice sizers and they looked huge. I don't get it! I have seen so many ladies get 500 and look gorgeous. It makes me nervous and it's so confusing! Lol

Absolutely!! I stalked this site for months looking at pics, and womens stats for comparison but in the end realized that the same exact size looks *totally* different on each diff woman!! Regardless! Just go with your gut ladies!! Trust m your PS but also trust your instinct.
I ended up changing down from 415 to 385 bc I just wasn't comfortable with that size (I know it's only 2 Tb diff, but still). Haven't seen the girls yet, post op appt today! I'm also hoping for a full C. Good luck with both your journeys ladies!!! Keep updating =)

Absolutely! The same size looks so different on each person. I've seen petite women with a large implant look gorgeous. I'm just overwhelmed. I am more of a conservative person and I'm just worried that I'll be all boobs. I just want to be proportionate. My husband is like you're complaining because you don't have boobs now you're complaining because he wants to give you boobs. He is not understanding me right now, lol.

Are they Inspira? If you type in 415cc a bunch of reviews pop up with photos -Harper2020 has a *fantastic* review of that size. May give you some indication at least! She's also tall and athletic =)

trust your PS. seriously. your guy has 5 star reviews. so did mine. there is a reason for that. t
he will tell you if it won't look good. I know it's hard, but i guarantee you will be less happy going too small than going too big. especially if you've got extra skin to work with. I got 450/500 which I know for you might sound absurd, but actually looks amazing. I do look a little on the bigger side so if you want to look proportional, at our weight (we are pretty identical in size and original boob size) I think 425 will look awesome on you.

do more research, you won't see a ton of ladies getting below 400 at our weight/height. at least not that I saw :)

Today is the big day! Driving there now. Traffic is no joke! I live 20 miles away and it will take make a little over an hour to get there. I'm excited and nervous. I woke up and made sure my house was all clean. My kids stayed over my sisters house so I didn't have to wake them up a 5 in the morning. I will update once everything is done.

So glad you're sharing your journey with us! No worries about the pictures...maybe later you can share a picture in clothing if you're comfortable. In fact, you might want to take a few of quick pictures at your appointment tomorrow in a favorite shirt of yours - with and without the sizers. Sometimes this gives you just a bit more confidence on your implant size leading up to the surgery. Looking forward to your update!
