I have noticed my philtrum getting longer and my lips getting thinner as I age. Thanks to all you lovelies here, I have learned so much about lip lifts!
I have gone back and forth about doing it, but I'm committed now and I'm excited to have my surgery with Dr. Epstein. So far, I love Dr. Epstein and his staff. They have been available for many questions and changes of heart but I am ready and surgery is scheduled . I am doing twilight anaesthesia as I am way too claustrophobic/anxious to do it with a local. There is not enough Atavan on the planet. :) I'll post pics after surgery!

Hi. I am curious to see your “after” pix. Your before pictures are great, but love to see the new you. I had a very long philtrum like you, and had a Lip Lift last year. I’m so happy now.
I got scared and didn't do it, but am planning to reschedule!
Most ps’s don’t put you out, just some numbing shots Why don’t you ask him if that’s an option? It’s a relatively easy peasy surgery. It’s minimal pain. Totally doable with a numbing shot.
