It has been a full year now and I am still suffering from this horrible botched surgery James McAdoo did on me. I have constant pain in both ears and ugly huge scars on both sides of my neck. I still have a double chin it looks worse now with all the scarring & deformity of my ears. The man should have Never touched me knowing he did not know what he was doing. All it says about him is he only cares about money and Does Not care about the out come.

Botched Facelift by James McAdoo
First of all I Never removed my garment as McAdoo claims . If I had, I would of frighten people ,I looked so scary. I followed all instructions correctly, however I knew something very terrible was wrong that is why I went to emergency room. Instead of looking better and healing I looked like a monster people would have cried looking at me. I should of removed my garment as he claims i did to show everyone that saw me the frightening bochered surgery this man did on me.

I hate you have had to go through so much. As I go to consultations it's confirmed my neck is as bad as I thought. As embarrassing as it is. I might just forget about it. I am afraid it want do be any better

Thank you, I fought to get my money back and did not happen they are full of lies and do and say whatever it takes to keep their money, unfortunately I was not returned any money. I had to pay for my revision.

you poor thing I feel for you mine hasn't gone as I planned but nothing to your extent, I hope in time you have success, I heard you can have laser surgery to reduce or even get rid of the scars xx

Thank you so much . It has been so hard dealing with this it is also painful. It makes very sad that this was done . It's shocking how rude the Doctor was about it . I'm sorry your surgery did not turn out as you expected it is a difficult situation to be in.

Horrible Facelift
I'm still in pain and so much discomfort from this nightmare that James McAdoo has put me through. It's ridiculous that this monster has the nerve to blame me for his lousy , disgusting work. Take a look at my pictures they speak A Lot louder then his empty words that are all lies. He talks about a portfolio that I Never saw it doesn't even exist . I should have known better to let this arrogant animal touch me. Here are some 4 month after pictures . You can still see my chin is fat and all scared up. He is the worst ever.

Thank God for the fabulous real plastic surgeon that did a revision on me. I can't even imagine how I would look if it wasn't for Dr.Taghezadeh fixing the mess McAdoo created. He did Amazing considering the nightmare he had to fix. Thank God for true caring professionals like Dr. T

I'm so sorry you went through this horror. James McAdoo is not certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ASPS) afaik. I certainly hope he has given you a full refund. If not, have you considered other options? Thank you for warning us to steer clear of this doctor. I'm sure some would have been prepared to give him the benefit of the doubt had he not made such cruel, threatening comments to you in this review. There are thousands of people who read reviews on realself, thank you for saving others from being harmed.

Have checked your revisions and thank god as you said for Dr. Taghezadeh, The world needs to know of this Doctor so not to go near him, I am from Australia and that is horrific he would be struck off immediately, I wish you all the best in the future and only hope that time will heal what you have been through xx

Why does your scar go down from your ear towards your chin? It's supposed to be just around your ear. I had mine a week ago and you can barely see anything now. Did you ask to see his qualification?

Yeah I was wondering about your chin. Sometimes we look back and see a better way to do things. Perhaps chin liposuction would have been better. I wanted a facelift but have decided on lip lift and chin work.
