Great Experience.

Let me begin by saying I pondered having eyebrow restoration for about 5 years. Every day, I woke up and looked at myself in disappointment that I was never good enough to face the world and yet, I had to go to work, see family, see friends- all the while knowing it was guaranteed these people would be judging and staring at me. I was severely depressed and wanted to address this issue which was caused by a traumatic experience, but never had the time or courage to actually do it. But, realistically, this was never going to change without actually making the effort to do something about it. I finally reached out to Dr. Epstein's office and participated in an online consultation which was facilitated through Dan. Once that process was over (admitting I needed to fix this was the hardest part), I put some funds together and saved a date with a deposit. The date was set and I was so anxious for it to come, I could hardly contain myself! On the day of the scheduled procedure, I arrived early and was immediately greeted by Dr. Epstein's professional staff. For the first time, I felt I had entered a room where someone was not looking at me and wondering why my face looked the way it did. I waited in the lobby for a total of 10 minutes, and then met with the doctor in an evaluation room where we discussed what needed to be addressed. And from there, the surgery began. He oversaw the entire process from beginning to end. His staff were all working as a team to get the job done efficiently and exactly as he directed. Dr. Epstein is a perfectionist and very confident with his work product. I did not feel rushed or brushed off at any point, he is a good listener and is very understanding. I was there for a total of 6 hours, and left feeling very little pain. All I could think about was this was the the first day of my new life. I can't thank Dr.Epstein and his staff enough. Today, it is exactly 5 days later, and I am starting to feel comfortable and can go out in public without anyone detecting this surgery even took place. One word of advice for anyone thinking of doing this procedure--follow the directions of the doctor--that means no sun tanning (even if you're in Miami, the beach will be there for you next time) and rest! Don't feel guilty if you need to take a nap, rest will help you heal. I highly recommend this procedure under the care and supervision of Dr. Epstein.
