This has been the hardest experience of my life! Where do I start...it has taken me a while to post because after my procedure...I went to the ER...I had a blood transfusion and I was SICK.
Day of Surgery: I got to Vanity about 9:30 and didn't go in surgery til 3...I was weak because I hadn't eaten v anything and 5 hours later.. around 8 I wake up in pain...they were telling me to get up and I said I needed more time...the lady made me get up and my mom drove me to the hotel....as soon as I got to the hotel...I passed out and they called the ambulance! It was the worst experience of my life. When I called Vanity they shunned me and nobody cared. I was pissed! All they see is dollars...they don't care about you. Not to mention you sign a waiver saying if anything happens they are not responsible...so I couldn't do anything...the manager was nonchalant....Horrible!!!!!!
Results: I wasn't going to post because I really had nothing good to say but one thing I am grateful for is the contouring of my body... do I look about the same...YES....do I have back fat...YES....is my butt rounder...YES...I am still waiting on the final result. I bought a new compression garment to see if it helps.

I wanted to get the butt pillow but he said it wouldn't work. Per his instructions once I got there, I went to Walmart and purchases 2 yoga foam mats. I used those while in Miami but found them too hard to get comfortable. I purchased a booty buddy online once--arrived 6/1. Took 3 days

I know right! I'm going to tell him about you guys and how we needed to see more before and after. I guess we will represent! I'm on my way now! I made it a family trip! So off to Orlando today and Miami tomorrow. Pray that everything goes well!
omg yes please do. he is active on rs so he needs to add more updated results to help him get his name out there more. we are gonna have to represent for future mcadoo dolls lmao because he older reviews dont really help much. I hope u enjoyed orlando though, that was smart of u to do lol. im sure gonna hit the beach the day before surgery if i can! I will be praying for u a sucessful surgery and speedy recovery love!!

I have taken so much great advice from so many of...
I have taken so much great advice from so many of you and I'm grateful I will be able to give back. I was searching for a great doctor that would actually deliver the results I want from this experience with the bbl. I found Vanity Cosmetics and immediately started researching the doctors. I initially wanted Dr. Fisher because of his credentials, but as you all know, he does not work on patients with a BMI over 30, so I was told I would have to lose weight. I was referred to Dr. Mcadoo, and from his reviews I think I made a great choice. MI am traveling from Tennessee for surgery on June 9. I am posting my before pics and will post my after shots as soon as I can.

Omg my weight is 247 n I was told Dr Mcadoo does PT with a bigger BMI who did you talk to?
That's why I was referred to him (Dr. Mcadoo) because my bmi is higher than 30. That's what I said in my review. I spoke with Margaret.
Rite so I spoke to her an the others there I told them my weight goes up and down they told me not to worry cause he does high BMI but I still worked out n stuff, now I have to reschedule because Dr McAdoo does not do PT with a high bmi..... so yes I'm upset and mad after I paid my plane ticket and the full amount for my date I'm pissed. ......
I sent pics. I weight 185 to 190. I'm 5'1. So I don't know. I'm just going to show up. I still look the same as the day I sent my pics to them. I'm not worried

Not to my knowledge. They call today to clarify what type of garments I needed. Noone mentioned a location change.
