First of all, this is far more effective and far less invasive than other cellulite treatments. This one treats the core of the problem, so unlike other procedures, you actually get rid of cellulite, plus it has super long lasting results. I was able to do all sorts of activities immediately after the procedure, but I did not go to work because I was on holiday..haha. Anyway, it's not extremely painful, and you do have to wear a compression garment for at least 12 days.
