I always felt insecure about being a black girl with no ass. Lets just be honest, thats whack! So Ive talked about having this done for yearssssssssssssssssss. My BFF had the gastric /sleeve done last year. And she always talked about it. But seeing her actually DO IT, gave me the motivation that I needed/wanted. So October 2016 i decided I was going to go through with it. I also recently had a baby and that was my last hope of maybe getting a booty, (they say kids will do it) but in my case that didnt happen. I was originally signed up with Dr Fisher, he is DOPE but way extra. Your blood levels have to be exact or he isn't dealing with you. So long story short I went to Dr Pascual, same office and she did a good job to me! Im happy with my results. The ONLY thing i disliked or wish was done different is: 1. I wish she put a drain in me, my swelling would of went down sooner. 2: The dissolve-able sutures... she left too much string. I felt like they were never going away, so after week 4 I snipped them my damn self. Recovery, ISNT THAT BAD! People made it seem like it was the worst. It really isnt. The meds work wonders and once you take them, you will be just fine. I stopped using them week one of recovery. I only took medicine right before a massage. Updated on 26 May 2017: Here are some pics! Updated on 29 May 2017: Loving my new booty! People say its very natural. So natural some people thinks my son gave it to me. Like most of the people in this website I used to come here to read some reviews and research Physicians, but I need to share my experience with Dr. Pascual. After two kids I gained some weight, I mean a lot of weight, 50 pounds to be exact. A friend recommended me the weight loss program with Dr. Amaryllis Pascual and I tried it. I had the consultation on December 28, 2016, the doctor described the program and helped me set realistic goals and I decided to go with it. Dr. Pascual is super professional and dedicated. I started the program on January 3, 2017 and by the first week I have lost 8 pounds, yesterday I went to the clinic for a follow up and in total I have lost 17 pounds in 2 week. I'm super excited for what's coming. I look forward to sharing my progress with you.

My lips are thin but not super thin I wanted just a bit more volume kinda like the volume you get if you have swollen lips, I wanted that effect but in a symmetrical, natural way with as little bruising as possible. I went to Pascual Med Spa, talked with their medical director and had the injections the following day. The numbing agents they used did their job, the procedure involved almost no pain and I was able to go home without people starring at my lips. The next day I noticed a little bit more bruising (I was just a tiny bit red and swollen the day of the procedure) that got worse the third day and then started to gradually disappear. I wore lipstick to hide the redness and had no problems but I avoided certain foods because I have the tendency to bite my lips a lot when eating. Now that the redness and swelling are gone I'm not sure if I'll ever repeat the procedure I want to see first how long this kind of volume will last. For now I'm very happy with how I look, the result changes my face and expression completely!
I don't exercise a lot but I do take long walks on a daily basis and ride a bike weekly. That unfortunately doesn't do a lot for the excess fat I have on my body, particularly on my arms, thighs and lower abdomen. I decided to do something about the first two areas and later on do smth about my abdominal fat. I had Vaser Liposuction at Pascual MD, under local anesthetic and aside from some pulling and burning sensation, I didn't feel much. I work from home and wasn't able to do anything for the first week because I couldn't move a lot and I couldn't bend and sit at my laptop. I used all the pain medication the doctor prescribed me and went for drainage massages to get rid of the soreness and stiff sensation. I didn't want to do the massage myself I was afraid it might do me more harm and good. It's been about a month since surgery and I've lost 2 inches from my thighs and almost all that flabby section on my arms. I'm happy Vaser worked for me, espe3cially since many people around here look the same or worse after liposuction treatments
Ok, I had liposuction on my thighs and love handles last week and I'm feeling a lot better now. With swelling reduced, I can finally start seeing some results but it's not a big change yet. I have somemore waiting to do before I can get a clear picture of what shape I am after surgery. I'm still quite heavily bruised but not as much as before. I didn't have much appetite in the first three days after lipo, I had terrible nausea next day after surgery (I get nausea often, I've always been a sensitive person to medication) but started feeling better after that. I can walk around the house without much pain and I can sleep without struggling too much. Last week I didn't get as much sleep as I like to sleep on the side and my hips were really sore. Can't wait to see final results. I'm pretty excited!
You know those annoying comments like "gosh, you look tired today"? Well I had those in the past and yes, they were annoying but in the last few years I've been getting "gee, you look older" and it's not exactly what I want to hear at 37 years old. I This is how I ended up having a fraxel laser treatment at the Pascual MD beauty center. The day of my first appointment with Dr. Pascual didn't go too bad, i.e I wasn't that nervous, in the procedure day I was an emotional wreck and so were the following days watching anxiously as my reddened face started to change. I was well informed and knew everything I needed to know about the effects during recovery. It was a lengthy one because my skin kept changing even though the redness disappeared in less than a month, swelling decreased dramatically in just a few days. A lot of my mouth wrinkles are gone, forehead is also looking great and the fine lines are all gone. I'm crazy about my results!
The tip of my nose was slightly unaesthetic, I read so much online on rhinoplasty and I uttered a big phewww when I realized I didn't need much work done. I spoke with Dr. Pascual from Pascual MD about my nose and what needed to be done in order to get rid of that flaw that bugged me. I was right. I was the perfect candidate for a closed rhinoplasty, so you can imagine I had no scarring. I wasn't even that nervous in the day of the surgery and got out feeling minor pain. Swelling did occur but I took a few days off anyway and no one realized I had surgery because swelling was over in about 8-9 days I think. The only people that noticed my nose looks better were those close to me but even though the change wasn't that big, it perfected my nose. I'm glad I did it!
I did this because of a brow asymmetry, my left brow was positioned lower than my right brow and it was ruining my entire face symmetry. I had my concerns,I didn't want too many stitches, wanted the soreness to fade quickly and not suffer from weird sensations like tightness or headaches. I did feel all of these immediately following the procedure but they did not last. I'm not feeling anything worth worrying about and I'm really plased with the fact that my eyebrows look natural and the eyebrow in question is still where it's supposed to be. I had only a few stiches. I've read here of people having hardware attached to their skull. I didn't and find this so difficult to go through; I needed a minor brow lift so perhaps that's why I'm not suffering now like others who have gone through this surgery. I think I was fortunate to have a good doctor who knew what she was doing
Thank you for your question, and photo. What you are experiencing is part of the healing process. In the meantime, please continue to cleanse your face as normal in order to prevent acne breakouts. Wear sunscreen and avoid overexposure to the sun. The redness and puffiness will subside, the "burnt" skin will flake off revealing brand new glowing skin beneath. Good luck to you!
Great Question! I recommend waiting until your infeciton clears up prior to having Dysport injected anywhere on the face. Dysport can affect the muscles that allow you to breathe. Should these become temporarily weakened or impaired, you will be in great danger. "People with certain breathing problems may need to use muscles in their necks to help them breathe and may be at greater risk for serious breathing problems with Dysport®" I hope you feel better soon! Get well, THEN get your Dysport!
Thank you for your question and photos. The Fraxel laser works in conjunction with the body's natural healing. While the magic is happening beneath the surface, please avoid direct sunlight, wear sunblock every day, and moisturize. While you are healing, you may wear makeup. If you have swelling in the area, you can use some ice, or cooling gel eye mask. The dots are scabs and will heal in the same time it takes your body to heal from bruises or scrapes. Be patient, once you heal you will be glowing!
