Can't believe how much time changes your results. My scars are really not that bad. I've been using biocorneum on them everyday and I've noticed a drop in my breasts since the very beginning.
My hip area(s) are still looking swollen but overall I love my stomach, specifically my belly button... everything takes time so I'm being patient.
Been going clothes shopping cause I need new clothes...obviously. I startd in a pant size 11 before the surgery and now I'm fitting into a 6p for my work pants/capris. Never thought I'd say that! <3

I would not be happy with your results and would be asking the surgeon to rectify the asymmetrical breast!

We can't do anything until at minimum, 6 months post-op. So until then, we get to see how everything settles.

Thanks! Yeah, I like my stomach.. still waiting for the boobs to even out. I know the areola/nipple area are most likely gonna have to be reshaped. But overall, its been a good transformation.

8 weeks PO

I got to see the doctor right before my 8 week post op. So far, there isn't much we can do or foresee any problems considering I'm still swollen and my breasts still need to drop...

Hoping they even out and maybe become bigger if at all possible....don't think I've ever said on here, but the doctor had put in 455 cc Sientra Moderate + profile silicone implants on both sides. I was under the impression prior to surgery that we were doing high profile but I guess this had to change during surgery... I don't get to see the doctor again until 6 months post op so we have lots of changes to go through until then...

Hi there, it looks like you’re healing very nicely. You look great! I just read your entire journal and I see you have concerns about your asymmetry and size. At 2 months post op you’re still early in the healing process and you will continue to drop and fluff. Most people feel they look larger when this happens. In fact if you look at my 10 week drop/fluff progression pic I look larger at 10 weeks then I did at seven weeks. I also wanted to share my story with you since I also had some areola asymmetry. And at nine months postop I had a revision for this. If it helps to know In the event you need a revision it’s a very easy procedure; not nearly as much trauma or blood source compromise as the original surgery. Hopefully your issues will resolve without surgery but in the event you do need it it should be an easy fix, imho. The one thing that kept me positive during the interim was the fact that I looked much better than before. And I think the same goes for you. The difference between your before and after’s is amazing! I hope you continue to heal well. :-)

Thank you for your kind words and sharing your personal experience. My fingers are crossed on the drop and fluff lol that is what I keep telling myself. I have to always look back at my before and afters. It always makes me feel so much better. I will definitely keep everyone posted and will continue my progression for all to view.

Almost 6 weeks post op

As my breasts are finally starting to drop, I'm starting to see how they are finally coming together. I love the side profile and hope I maintain it.
My stomach has been doing well aside from my husband and I trying to have sex the other day... I think my muscles got strained above my belly button and towards the right of it... The tightness and burning that happens when you sneeze or laugh... That is now a constant so I've been trying to maintain extra compression so it helps reduce this. Hope others have had this issue...
Other then that, everything has been okay and I look forward to seeing how I transform.

Thank you hunny!! Oh my, me too....my new development is like a nerve being hit in my sleep.. Idk what it is but when I'm laying down my right implant must be pressing on a nerve that goes directly into my arm and it wakes me up all the time! Driving me crazy! I'm a deep sleeper so for it to disturb my sleep isn't cool.

Hopefully once my implant moves down, it'll get off that thing but in the mean time, it's literally a pain in my arm!

Thanks for the kind words!

Did you ask your doctor if it's normal for the arm to go through that?

No I didn't.. I just assumed. Has anyone else experienced this?

I asked about the issue with the breast pain that goes through the arm when I'm laying down and the reasoning behind it is, I need to wear a better compression /support bra when I sleep. Apparently it's common and women go though it if you don't have enough support when laying down.

I'm struggling with something and it appears from your header that it bothered you too.
Can you tell me a little about your lipo on your arms, bra-line please?
Did you get any in your armpit?
How did is it turning out?
I asked about having lipo done there but I asked too late after scheduling and now have to wait (how long I don't know).

I did have lipo done on my arms, axilla (armpit area) and the bra line. Honestly, I want more taken from my back/bra line. I don't think there was enough taken but I also know that doctors are only allowed to take a certain amount of fat during one surgery...since I got everything I got, I don't know if that was the issue or there just wasn't enough taken.

I have heard that if you are to get lipo done to your armpit area and you are getting implants, it all has to be done at the same time cause you have a chance of hitting the implants if lipo is done afterwards...don't know how true that is, but I'd ask.

My arms weren't bad at all. Just lots of swelling and bruising... Still getting feeling back to the back part of my arms...
Armpit area: I can tell my shape has changed when you lift your arms up but idk if that is cause of the armpit or the arm lipo. When looking in a front view with arms down, I don't see much of a difference.

If you have any other questions, let me know. Sorry for the delayed response.
