Jennifer is a sweetheart. Every PS should have a jen, she is a ray of sunshine.. I did my first surgery with him in April 2015 and i am presently looking for a doctor to do a revision..
he calls after to check up on you, staff are nice.
I complained from the get go one boob looked bigger than the other. My left dropped faster and looked bigger than my right. i was told to wait and let it heal before an assessment can be made. I waited a year but i kept sending emails saying my left was bigger than my right and was lower. Was told to come up and he would do a benille to correct the problem. Was originally told there wont be any cost .
Went in September 2016 did the benelli, it wasn't free , they charged
me, (a little miscommunication). Sent an email again in January saying the benelli did not correct the problem, my nipple on the left actually got bigger.
Where in April and nothing changed, went back up to him and meet with other Dr's to get some feedback. All the other drs said that my left boob needed support and suggested using belladerm, which is costing me $5000 USD, they all squeezed both boobs and no one said anything about a Capsular on my right.
I did my consultation with Dr. H last and with out feeling my boobs, just by looking at them and looking at before pictures he said my left boob boob has a capsular hence the reason why it looks smaller.
Throughout my consultations with him he was very busy, the appointments felt a bit rush and i didn't like the feedback, very dry nor the attention to fix my problem.
