I love my boobs but I'm still waiting to see if it heals all the way properly, half of it is my fault with not putting on cream enough I need to order more cream but I love the bedside manner and how my results overall came out. If you wondering why mines look like that it's my fault because I think I was in the sun to much.

Thanks for sharing your story. I hope you'll continue to update us on your progress, and that everything heals properly. Have you spoken to your doctor about it?

You're welcome I will definitely continue to update Dr.Salama is an awesome doctor and I actually haven't spoke with him but I'm inquiring too.
What size did you get? Looking great
Thank you an if I remember right 35cc's
Did you tape your scars? I only used the tape. I am 3 months post op and my scars are about 90% undetectable. Also, the sun will cause your scars to darken. Try to stay out of the sun for 1 year. If you go into the sun use sun screen. Good luck
I actually didn't tape them once I took them off after my post op never put them back on and yes they are dark
Get u some 3m micro pore tape and tape them up. He tape helps prevent scaring and keeps the incision flat. It's not too late. Change the tape every 4-7 days once u feel it starting to lift. Good luck. Stay out of the sun. Lol.
Lol thanks where can I get the tape from? And the cream that they give is such a small amount I ran out fast and now it's on back order so I have nothing to put on the scar I called them to ask is their anything else I could use...and trust me I will lol.
You can get the tape anywhere; it called 3M Micropore tape. I know you can get it from Amazon.com for cheap. I don't know why they didn't tell you about the tape. In my opinion, it works better than the cream, and it's a lot cheaper. Change the tape every 4-7 days as it starts to peel up. You can use a blow dryer on med-low to dry the tape after taking a shower. You can look at my pics to see how I put it on if you are not sure. Good luck.
Also, you may need a scar revision as it looks like you are starting to keloid. Contact Dr. Salama directly if you have any concerns. Sometimes they give you the run around in the office.
Is it like the steri strip after the surgery they gave? And that's a good way to thanks I will look it up.
No it's not like the steri strips. It's paper tape. When u see it u will look at it like this is it? But I promise it works. Put it over all your incisions. Make sure it is flat and free from wrinkles and stuck to your skin.
Okay thanks
I recently had Dr. Salama perform a BL/BA . And, I love my results.
That's great he's an awesome doctor
And, you look amazing! I'm also, African American but I didn't get as bad of scares. My advice which really worked for me was petroleum jelly and olive oil, I know everyone's biology I'd different so I'd consult w/ Dr. Salama. I'll be post pics after my BBL, next week on September 3. Before all go my procedures after my 1st BBL and, then my first mommy makeover. But my favorite procedure is my second mommy makeover, that's the procedure that changed my life. I hope, I can still say the same for next week!!!
Just read my comment lol. Texting on my iPhone geese!!!! But I'll post all for 4 stages.
My skin is prone to keloid...I get them all of the time. It looks as if the scar may be beginning to keloid. I would ask the PS if he has treatment for that. They look great though.
Thank you and I hope everything just heals well but I am going to call him about it
