Well I've always had a small breast size and after...

Well I've always had a small breast size and after breast feeding my breasts became even smaller. I'm 5' 4" 178lbs (currently reducing) with a very curvy figure. I naturally have a small waist, big hips and large derrière, so I'm aiming to match my breast with the rest of my body. I would also love a tummy tuck but but it won't be an option until 2016. I have been looking for doctors in my Fl area (I live in Orlando) but the cost is much more in Orlando than it is in Miami (a mere 4.5 hr drive away). So currently doing research on doctors in Miami and so far I have gotten in contact with cgc in Miami. They seem knowledgeable and may be one of my options. They quoted me the price of $3500 with silicone implants and that includes all of the lab work, surgeons fees etc. which I am totally fine with. If any of you wonderful girls out there would have some helpful advice or recommendations out there, please feel free to add you comments or opinions. This would be my very first cosmetic surgery and I'm a bit nervous thinking about everything that it entails. I look forward to hearing from you guys!

Here is a member, Iris34, that went to CGC a few years ago. Also, you might want to join the November 2015 breast augmentation surgery forum. The forum is quiet now, but will become very busy soon!

I am scheduled for September 1 for MM (and currently concerned with Tropical storm Erika). My quote ended up not including lab work as results would need to be done before surgery. It was $108. My mammogram had been a part of annual physical.
I wish you well with surgery and with Erika.

Hi This is my very first cosmetic surgery too, I'm so happy i'm finally about to do this as I've never had boobs but I didn't really worry to much before I had kids now I'm a bit curvy and i'm finished having kids I feel like its my turn, i'm very anxious but have know lots of girls who say its so simple you will be fine but that doesn't stop the worries going through your head. I think it great you are on this page it helps us talk about our worries to the women who have all ready done it. the most i here is they wished they done it sooner so I don't want to leave any longer.
Good luck with your venture i've got 9 days left.

Ahhhh!! (Screams at 9 days) How exciting!!! I am terrified!!! A part of my research process included reading ALL the bad nightnarish stories. If I wasn't so determined to get mine I probably would've passed. I look forward to knowing your story and seeing your results!

Hi hon! Another nervous nelly here... totally my first PS and my date is in 5 days. I am, at this point, pretty darn worried about the whole thing and possible complications. Like Ollie said, lots of girls find this whole thing to be no big deal and don't really get worried about it, and I'm super happy for them that they feel that way... but I don't! Ollie's right, someone could tell me I'll be fine until they were blue in the face but the worries are still going to run through my mind like a freight train. I desperately want this done and am so glad it's happening soon because the anticipation is killing me!

lol Butterflies! I have so totally been thinking that! I try to make myself get the heck over it though because I am in no financial position to do this again in just a couple of years time. I think it's bound to happen in the longer term though!
IKR re: nerve wrecking. I think it's safe to say my nerves are officially 100% wrecked and I'm am trying to hold on to my sanity in these last few days pre-op. three days out today!

Hey! I'm scheduled with Dr. Krau too! I'm so excited. My first plastic surgery but I feel relaxed since I'm doing it with Dr. Krau. I'm scheduled for 11/11, next Wednesday at Coral Gables. What size are you doing?

Thinking about possibly changing my date to something sooner

User Avatar

Well, I'm still very nervous! But I think that I'm impatient as well, the waiting makes me go back and forth about whether it's the right thing. Maybe if I move the date up and get it done sooner that might all go away? I'm not sure... Anyway, decided to add me before pics today! They are not cute at all, so consider yourself forewarned lol. Another thing that's been bothering me is my diet! I'm having a really hard time sticking to it and my workout routine. My work schedule is crazy, so between juggling my 3 kids and an average of 10-12 hr days 6 days a week is hard. I meet with my trainer once a week, that is consistent. I usually get another work out In on Friday, so that's twice a week. The bad thing is that I eat clean for a few days, then go back to the bad stuff.... Well they're not necessarily bad, bread & juice etc. for the results that I'm looking for I need to be strict about it. The upside of having my date in November is, I gave myself enough time to come down to my desired weight of 150 lbs. I'm a work in progress so we'll see how it goes.

Try getting your children involved with exercise. Every little bit counts. I'm not as bootylicious as I was before pregnancy, so my workout consists of butt/leg workouts, which I'm not consistent with either. I'm considering a mini bbl next year, but idk where the fat will come from! I'm not sold on the butt implants so fat-grafting would be my option.
On those days you eat "bad" just try to balance it with lots of water and a veggie smoothie at least. When I'm tired, I don't feel like eating & veggie smoothies with tofu or yogurt & granola do the trick for me. Also try adding almond butter to fill you up.
Looking forward to your updates!

Hi!! I try, the only thing I've been consistent with is seeing my trainer every Thursday and she's out this Thursday. I only have 1 session left with her but I think now I'm confident enough to go to the gym alone. I have enough knowledge on my problem areas. it's the routine and my schedule that contributes to my dysfunction. I even tried the fruit/veggie smoothies, not my fave but its edible. I have Trinidad carnival coming up in February 2016, I need to get my act together girl! My surgery in November is also gonna take my out of the gym for a minute, I can't afford to fall too far behind.

As far as the kids goes..... girl! My youngest acts like every piece of equipment in that gym is a monkey bar. I take them to the daycare at the ymca when I can, but they don't like it there.

Ooommmgggg! You are gonna be hot stuff at Carnival! Gosh, I'd love to go! You need a travel buddy?? Lol.
Being out the gym is a concern of mine for sure. I don't think getting back right will be an issue, I just don't like that I don't know for sure how long it'll take to heal.

I know!!! I just read an update from someone who felt no pain at day 3, incisions are looking beautiful!! (MissElle21) Then there are other people whose breasts don't drop for weeks into months!! My worst fear apart from death & infection of course, is having 2 bowling balls under my neck or in my armpits (covers face).
