I'm insecure and even embarrassed to post this picture. I just thought I could get some opinions on whether you girls think it will begin to even out or round out some more. What are your opinions on contacting Dr. Hochstein for a revision?

I don't think you need a revision! You are still very early in the process and it will take more than a month to see final results. At 4 weeks I was unhappy too now I'm starting to like them a lot more! I just wish they were softer but I'm pretty sure they will get there, but I am starting to feel happy about my shape! I think you will too.

I'm just unhappy because they're so uneven! One is pointy and one is round!

You are too early to say you need I revision , to see a full result it could take up to 6 months ., stay positive ;)

Fingers crossed!

I think you are too early to get revision. Don't hurt to email him your pic to get his opinion. I'm very slow dripping and fluffing too. Took me twice longer than most lady in here to D& F. When is your next appointment with him ??
January 15, 2016
I'm an out of town patient so I don't have any follow up appointments to meet with him directly. I've just had to send in photos to Amanda. I will definitely mention how I feel to her when I send in my next set of photos next week!

What has Amanda said about it?? One of my boobs is higher and looks bigger too but I hear it's completely normal and too soon to tell.

I sent her two week post op photos and I haven't sent any recent photos yet. I haven't mentioned my concerns yet so she hasn't said anything so far. When I send in my updated photos in a few days I will let her know how I feel and see what she says.

Oh God, I email her almost daily hahaha I'm such a nuisance. But I had a lift too so my scars are a lot more intense and unfortunately the healing process has been worrisome for me. I have my 6 week visit next week at his office (although I'll only be 5 weeks). I'm going to bring her a nice bottle of liquor for putting up with me. lol let me know what she says! I'm curious

Don't feel bad! My aerolas (sp?) were off centered around 6 weeks post-op and I thought it was going to be permanant! I wasn't too bothered by it considering how off centered they were prior to surgery. HOWEVER, now they are centered and dare I say...perfect!?! I went through so many highs and lows (I'm 2 months out) and I just have to say-this whole BA procedure is really a roller coaster. I looked at my wish pic and then my current pic and I was literally in shock at how insanely similiar they are! I even showed my husband the side by side picture and we both just kind of laughed-like, holy crap, Dr. Hochstein did an awesome job! One of my breasts up until a couple weeks ago was slighly higher and larger than the other one but then one day it wasn't. I thought at 6 weeks the changing was pretty much over but it's not. With all of the changes you might even get to a point where you are hoping they don't change! But yes, talk to Dr. H of course but for peace of mind-know that they truly will keep changing. I know we all hear and read that a lot but never believe it, but it's TRUE!! Even for you! Take care and keep us posted!

4 weeks post op - not happy

SM.
Today makes 4 weeks since I've had my surgery. I can't stay I'm 100% happy. On top of feeling that I should've gone bigger...my breasts are still uneven and because I originally had tubular breasts, I still feel as if my right breast is still very pointy. I'm not happy at all. I'm having a rough time picturing that it will "fluff" out and even out along with my left breast. My left breast looks great - fluffy, round, big. My right is just pointy and droopy. It barely has any roundness to it and at 4 weeks I don't think it's going to change that drastically. I'm considering writing Dr. Hochstein in the upcoming weeks/months if I don't see a positive change. I've heard he does revisions?? I'm feeling very down, depressed, and anxious over this.

I think that you need to wait things out! I've stopped obsessing over my breasts and just waiting things out. It might even take up to a year to see a final result. Your breasts will continue to evolve as the weeks and months go by

3 weeks post photos

Here are my updated photos at 3 weeks. My left breast seems to be ahead of the healing process as compared to my right. It seems as if it is dropping more and the nipple is moving into position. My right bread is still higher and my nipple is still a lot lower. Hopefully they will begin to even out and round out some more! Let me know your opinions. Will my right breast end up catching up!?

Also, that rash I had asked about earlier is now going away! It was the germ inhibiting soap that was beginning to irritate my skin.

Forgot to mention that my left breast also seems as if it's bigger! I'm worried that they will end up being different sizes and that I should've gone a little bigger on my left!

Yea one of mine appears bigger too!! It's kinda making me nervous. But it could just be that one is settling faster than the other. Dr H knows what he's doing so I trust that they're both the same size lol

They look great!! They're gonna look even better after they fully drop. I'm so impatient!!! I want mine to drop now lol

I think it's normal for one breast to drop faster than the other but your breasts seem to dropping pretty quickly nonetheless which is great! They will look amazing once you're done healing
