Its me again.
I already posted 2 pictures but will post one more today.
It's almost 3 weeks from my surgery and I am hoping my breasts get better with time.
St this stage I am not really happy with the results. I have a mentor anatomical textured moderate silicone 280 cc implants. As you can see I am really skinny and my left breast was encapsuled so my PS had to remove the capsule and put the new implant and on the right breast he opened the pocket more to the center so my cleavage will be even but now the border of the implant on the left breast shows a little bit and that is not what I expected to happen. My right breast seems bigger although is the same size implant and the nipples are not aligned equal I need opinions from other PS about my case.

Perhaps you might consider explant with fat transfer. I now you are thin but I think the PS can find some fat to transfer. Remember, lots of pizza...God Bless

So sorry you're going through all this!! I know how frustrating it can be. Read my profile. It takes finding the right surgeon. Make sure you are both on the same page & that your new PS listens to your concerns. I like the rear-drop shape. Is it the gap that bothers you? I've heard there are some really good revision specialists in Florida. Dr Revis is one. What did your PS say when you told him you were not happy with your results? Did he offer to fix it minus his fees? Be sure & do your research!!! We are all here for you. Hugs.

Thank you so much for your advice and comment. My plastic surgeon did not offer to fix them as of now. I hope the appearance of my breasts improve with time.I am not using the strap anymore but still massaging. This coming wednesday will be a month since I had my surgery. Lets see what happens in the meantime I already booked a consultation with Dr Ari Krau who is known for his expertise in breast revision surgery. So I will post what he said after my appointment on may 6.

I was underweightor onthe verge ( 18.5 bmi) all my life ( so far 38 yrs), and now I'm finally done with it. I've been eating like a miner since 23 January, and I'm still under 53 kg, 2 kg gain is always better than none. I was refused a.revision, b.fat transfer on account of weight/lack of fat . I figured that before I start to take my own opinions seriously, I'll put enough to achieve a stable 19.5 bmi at least, and believe my outlook upon a lot of notions, particularly, body issues , will change completely by then. Maybe gaining weight is worth trying first before jumping to self-upset, that's what I concluded:-))

The breasts are very beautiful. I'll bet that they come together quite nicely when you put your bra on.

Well it has almost been a month since my surgery and I am posting antoher picture
Not a big improvement but I dont see them as bad as the first two weeks. i hope they will get better with time.
I am getting a second opinion anyways although it will be too soon to think about doing something about what I dont like which is the clevage and different shape

they look perfectly alright!!! gigantic considering your slender arms, which you may have been opting for, who knows. They are looking forward to be given time to heal and settle now:)))

I did not wanted big breasts!!! Before this surgery I had 225CC mentor round implants and now 280 CC anatomical shape textured mentor moderate profile. I also think they are big but my PS said it was not much of an increase in size I am still a B cup. But needed a wider implant to have a better cleavage than what I had before. :/ I will be patient and wait to see how they improve with time.

if you are not happy after a couple of months, seek another opinion. I think the shape is fine, but not the gap. That might improve. Why did your Dr choose anatomical?

I do not think they are to big. They are a bit narrow not sure if it's the placement or the diameter. I would definitely get a couple of opinions before seeking another revision. I'm fixing to have another revision and also fear that I won't be happy with the results. I've had two in person consults and two Internet/phone consults. I'm leaning towards Dr Revis based on his reviews and revision experience. Keep us posted! I think your projection looks great!!!
