Not Happy Yet with my 4th Breast Revision and Implant Change - Miami, FL

Hello again!!! I wanted to share with all the women in this website who have had a bad experience with a PS as I recently had with mine last March. I did not wanted to reveal his name but at this point I think it will be helpful so you don't go to him for any procedure. So let me begin;
I had my 4th breast revision with Dr Polo on March ,2015 since day first after my surgery my breast were not ok (I posted pictures ) My left breast was so high and malpositioned that I was going crazy!! in fact I started searching for other PS answers and that is how I learned about real self.So to make my story short time passed and my breasts did not improve in shape or look!!! they were so big and not proportioned with my small frame!!!!.
I returned to see Dr Polo on several occasions and his answer was always the same!!!! It was my frame what was wrong and the way I was born so there was nothing else he could do help me improve what he had done!!!! By the way his office Miami Plastic Surgery charged me 7500 dlls for this BR!!!!!
But I kept on having issues with my breasts they were getting worse and the nipples and shape different and I could feel all the edges too.So luckily I returned to see my third revision plastic surgeon who I should have consulted and had my capsular contracture fixed with ( this is the reason why I had the 4th BR)!!! :( Stupid me!!!!
He told me that the implants I had were not the right ones for me, textured shaped implants are for other type of complexion and usually they are use for patients who have had totally breasts removal do to cancer or other similar problems.
And also they were so big for my frame!!!
after all this bad journey and nightmare I had my 5th breast revision with Dr B just a few days ago,and I am so happy!!!!
My breasts look so natural!! My nipples are even and aligned and I feel great!!!
I would really like to go to dr Polo and ask for a full refund of my money for his bad job but I don't know if I would be able to obtain something in return.
I also went for a consultation ager the summer with one of his colleagues Dr Kelly and he was also not helpful, he totally unaddressed my problem and send me out with no hope.
So resuming my comment I just want to tell all the women who think they have no solution for a bad surgery that there are still good plastic surgeons who know what they are doing and can help on fixing other dr mistakes.
Bottom line don't go to Miami Plastic Surgery Drs!!!

Hi ladies! it has been a while since I posted my last comment about my breast revision.
To keep you all updated I consulted another plastic surgeon by now it has been 9 months since my revision. He said that these kind of textured,shaped silicone implants are not for me :( I would be more well proportioned and will have more natural looking breasts with smaller implants 150 or 180 max smooth moderate plus.I would really appreciate any feedback of some of you who have had these problem and are happy now with your surgery.
