Glad my clothes still fit.....mostly. I wear size 2 or xs and I was worried the girls would be to big to fit in the bust.

You look awesome!! Can I ask you some other questions? What size were you before all BAs? Do you feel it changes or has changed clothes you wear? I had a BA years ago with 305 cc (I started off at a 32a) and that got me to a full c/small d. After breastfeeding two kids I am getting them redone next month!! My PS recommended 500 for my smaller boob and will match the bigger one with 475 or 450 depending. I am so afraid 500 will be too big. I'm leaning toward 450 but don't want them too small either. I love wearing little tanks and tubes and cute dresses. Tell me more about yours! You look gorgeous !!

I did my first set ehn i was 22. I know i was very flat, but i couldnt tell you bra size since it was so long ago.
My saline implants were 225, but they never listed the fill anount. I was a full B or a C minus. After breastfeeding 3 , i lost a lot of tissue. I got 450cc high profile because my chest is so narrow. It was about 12.5 cm. So i had to use high profile.
I measure 32 DD or 34D. Im 5 8 and about 120 lbs. Luckily most of my clothes still fit. I havent tried on everything, but you can definitely notice them more in my same clothes. I decided in my head 450 would be enough and also so i still fit into my usual size.i think my PS would have put more in if i said so, but im very active and i didnt want to feel akward running or anything else. I must say they do feel much heavier and its definitely been hard to adjust to and not slouch. I know everyone says bigger, bigger, but i think the weight would be too much for me. I still havent gone back to yoga and i miss it alot and i hope I will be able to resume at the same level I was before. I am wearing the VS wireless bra in the above pics and its not even a push up so if i want to make them looker bigger i will just use a different bra.
How tall are you and what is your BWD?
Are your current ones silicone?

Thank you so much for responding! I am 5'4, 115 pounds. My current ones are silicone. For as small as I am my bwd is big--like a 14 or 15 (can't remember) which is probably why I have a gigantic space between my boobs now. If you look at my review you will see my before pics. I just want to not have to wear ridiculous push ups everyday and to feel more confident in my clothes. Tell me what you think!

I looked at your pics. I see the gap. I know how upsetting it is. I'm pretty sure when I was 22 and had a little more tissue they didn't look as bad, but maybe It was such an improvement from looking like a wall I didn't notice. I swear my gap has gotten much worse after the kids. You should look up the brand your doctor will use and look at the diameter of the implant. The doctor's skill at revising the pocket and width of the implant will make the gap be gone ;). I had to get HP to get into the 450 range, If I had to go moderate profile they would have been to small. Also check out the projection. The HP definitely give more projection too, My right is still kinda tight and hasn't completely dropped, but the PS said it could take months, so I am trying to be patient ;) Let me know if I can be of any more help.

Also, I think my previous aug the saline implant on the left was filled more because of my weird chest and I asked my new PS if it mattered and if he would use different size implants. I guess once he got the old ones out he didn't need to use 2 different sizes. You have to trust the PS you chose to make the best guess, its not an exact science.

Thank you so much! My PS will use mod plus mentors and with my wide bwd I can pretty much go up to 600 but I wouldn't go that big. I have my pre op appointment tomorrow so I plan on asking him point blank if the 500s he recommended will allow me to still wear all my same clothes. If not I'd prefer to go smaller. From looking, the mentor mod plus comes in increments of 25--so 450, 475, 500 etc. and I agree--after kids and breastfeeding, they look so deflated! I can't wait for tomorrow--I plan on bringing in different shirts to try on the sizers. Please do post more pics in clothes! You look so awesome!!!
