About six weeks PO I started to notice that my nipple was facing up and my implant would move. To my dismay my left breast bottomed out again plus I have lateral displacement and tenting. Dr. Krau offered to do a revision but I am afraid as he first suggested that he would use an internal bra for both and then changed his mind to use it only on the left breast. Also reading reviews of similar situations where he wants to charge for the revision and that there were more complications scares me. Hopefully this time everything goes right.

Hi there ... Sorry to hear you are having issue :( Your two month photos above look so good! I just had a revision with the same surgeon that did my first surgery 14 months ago. I'm not happy with my revision - not the left breast anyway. It looks like it bottomed out at surgery and I have nipple asymmetry. I'm just not happy with them. I am consider Krau for a review if I need another one (which is likely). How would you feel about posting updated photos??? I too have tenting I think and am hoping it's not symmastia. It could just be swelling too as I'm only 2 weeks post. Anyway, updated pics would be super helpful. Will continue to follow your updates on your journey to beautiful boobs!

Hello - Dr Krau did my first revision and created several problems. He offered revision to revision and made things worse. I saw a PS last week who confirmed i have symmastia, severe muscle animation deformity that was the worse he has seen in 23 years as a surgeon, and lumps in both breasts from galaflex used in surgery with Dr Krau. I had implants for 19 years prior to going to Krau, with minimal issues. After my second and third revisions with Krau (yes third within 4 days as he failed to downsize as we had discussed prior to 2nd revision), I was not offered any follow up appointments or any contact from Krau or his office. When I emailed about the issues getting worse I was completely ignored. While like many others I went to Krau based on all the wonderful reviews, based on my issues, I cannot recommend Krau for revision. Maybe he was having bad days, but I expected him to address the issues during revision. Instead it appears he did not do what he said he was going to do, and my issues are worse. Further, i have received two estimates - one for $16-17K and the other $13-16K depending upon what i wanted him to do. The absolute worse mistake of my life going to see Dr Krau. I really hope you can work things out with him if you go back. I recommend never being in the room discussing things without a nurse or another staff member, and have everything written down as to exactly what he plans to do, and costs. Thank you for comment. I live here in Miami so I don't think it would be wise of them not to dismiss me as I will show up if they try to ignore the issue. I had the same experience post op as he first said he was going to use ADM on both then recently when I saw him he said only on one side. Also he said not to worry but we never talked about costs or anything like that. This depresses me as I only had my implants three months the first time before they bottomed out then waited 9 months to get a revision for it to happen again. He said to wait till I was six months to see any change but clearly it only gets worse. I hope he fixes me up this time because the aftereffects of surgery have put a toll on my health and I cannot afford to pay for another revision.

They all lie. They all say wait 6 months. They need scar tissue to build before next surgery. Things get worse for us and they are not concerned. I wish I could find one who didn't charge for a revision other than anesthesia etc, I'm on my 7th breast revision. I'm so sick of talking about it I hate to explain. But whatever you do , listen to girls who have been to the ps repeat times I feel like we are cash cows. Do not go to Spear either in Maryland. He won't be screwing me up anymore . Good luck girl
