WOW! From start to finish I had an amazing experience with Imagos Plastic Surgery. My first meeting with Dr. Jose Perez Gurri put me at ease, he answered a lot of questions that I didn't even know I had and I knew that if I moved forward with a surgery it would be with him. I have to say a big thank you to him and to the girls on his team, especially Rosemarie. She has unending patience and was always available to answer questions, even at midnight! I was living in Fort Lauderdale at the time and was planning to stay at a hotel and instead she suggested I stay at a former patients house who rents rooms for Air B and B. What a great idea, I felt much more comfortable knowing that I was around people who knew I had had a procedure, knew the doctor and were there if I needed anything. One of the staff even picked me up and brought me to my next day appointment.
It took me a few months to finally make the decision to move forward and if I had known what a breeze it was I would have done it a lot sooner. I was mostly scared of the potential pain and recovery process and of not getting exactly what I wanted in a result. After a few days of rest I felt up to going back to school and resuming somewhat normal activity. When checking in with the office they had to tell me to 'slow down' several times because I wanted to take on normal activity sooner then I should of because I honestly felt fine. I'm coming up on 6 weeks and although I haven't done any strenuous exercise everything else has gone back to normal. I love my result and know that I made the right choice. I feel that my breasts have a natural look and fit my body, most people are surprised to learn that I have implants which is exactly what I wanted, a nice improvement to my body without a huge noticeable change.

Whoops, I forgot to add that I have 350CC silicone, under the muscle on the left breast and 400CC on the right due to an asymmetry.

Hello, I am sorry to bother you but I had a question. Did Dr. Perez-Gurri measure you to know what size to use? I had my Pre-Op yesterday and he upped me from 375cc to 425cc but he never measured me. He took pictures and told me all was set. His assistant asked him if he was sure of the 375. He asked to take a look at me again and asked me if I trusted him I said yes and he said 425. I nervously jumped in and said but you are not going to measure me? Both of them shook their head no and he left the room. I asked his assistant what? And she simply said he knows what he's doing he doesn't need to. She said she knew he was going to low with me the minute she saw me because of all the empty saggy skin on top. I'm overwhelmingly nervous! Your results look awesome and you used the same doctor as I'm going to so I just want some reassurance that he is that good I guess. I am sorry for the rambling!!!

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you, I don't use the site very much. He didn't measure me either and he asked me to trust him as well. I was totally unaware of the asymmetry I had so when he said my left would be 350 and my right would be 400, i freaked out too! I've had the same boobs for 15 or so years and never noticed they were different sizes or widths. As for fixing sagginess I can't comment on that because I was perky beforehand and have never had kids. I remember having a conversation about going a little bit bigger as well but I'm pretty conservative so although it didn't seem like a big difference I really wanted to stay within the 350 range. If you don't want to bigger then don't but if he's suggesting those two different sizes because of an asymmetry then I would believe him and trust him on that. it takes a few months to see what they'll really look like after the swelling too so at first they'll seem huge no matter what. At the end of the day you have to trust your doctor, that's my biggest piece of advice to anyone because ultimately they are in charge of your results and as long as you take healing seriously you'll achieve the look you want.

Your results are my goals ! Thank you for sharing. How much did the surgery cost you? I am thinking of coming from Canada to see Dr prereZ-gurri
Feel free to reach out with more questions if you have them, it is a very nerve wracking choice but with the right team most of the anxiety can be minimized.
