After a long almost year long back and forth with the notion of getting a BA, I finally am making the jump and going to see Dr. Hochstein. So far after having what seems like a million back and forth emails with the out of town assistant Jennifer I have settled on a date. I have gone ahead and gotten all the pre requisite tests done and I should be well on my way. I had a brief consult with Dr. H and although he seemed dry he was very to the point and confident of what needed to be done. He suggested I go with a 500 cc to achieve the look of a D with a HP implant. I am a little nervous of going too big. He had mentioned 500-600 range. The more research I have done it seems that the overall look and end result is not about cc's and is about how much tissue is there prior. SO that being said I feel way better about my consult with him and can't wait to see him in person to see what he thinks. Has anyone gone from a small b almost large a to a hp d?

I ended up with 550, basically was between 600 and 550 hp and I said use your judgement. I did however show him a pic of his wife as what I was looking for LOL he said he was pretty familiar with those.
