I'm about to be 30. Mom of 2 boys 98lbs 5'1 32AA, empty skin from nursing for 18 months. I researched surgeons in the south Florida tri-county area for 3-4 years. I went on one consult and knew he was my doctor. online and in his office portfolios I couldn't find any flaws with his work. I told him I was a smallish C cup but wanted the look and size of a full C small D but wanted to be natural. We decided on 400cc silicone under the muscle. Preop is November 3rd BA is November 4th . My surgeon is Dr. Lenny Hochstein!!!! I loved his genuine smile when I told him I had never seen real house wives of Miami or any of the others for that matter.

Congrats on your decision for your bday!!! We are the same size preop and my 350s moved me into a 30F bra from a 30A/B. The lady measuring me said I could fit into 28 bras also, but those are hard to find. Do not be scared of bra size -- these boobs are little for an F. You are a little person, too, so when you think D you may think huge, but your D is proportionate to your own body. It is not a 36D, ya know?!! I also wanted a full C or so I thought at first because I didn't want to end up huge, but my first ba went awry and I had a chance to go larger with a revision, so I'm so glad I did!! Will do. Husband who is excited for me told me don't be afraid to go bigger if u want them bigger. Don't go smaller to hide them if you want them bigger since I thought my full b small c was small

Well you will look big right after surgery then when swelling goes down you will get smaller which was my case. Take some wish pics in to your doc so he can have an idea of what your looking for in your final results. Don't be afraid to go big because once you have clothes on they tend to look smallr . I live my results as they are now but I think I want bigger. My breast were set wide apart to start off with and I belive if I went a cup size bigger I will have the results I want. My husband loves them as they are and doesn't think I should go bigger but says do want I want to make me feel better about myself because that's what it is all about. So I wish you happy boobies! Its all about you and your confidence! The way you will feel about yourself afterwards is amazing! Best of luck!

Congrats on your upcoming surgery! I am scheduled for January and can't wait to have it done! I have almost the same preop stats as you so I will be following your journey. I'm 5'3", 104lbs, and I wear a 34b, however I'm definitely more of an a or an aa. I'm also planning on silicone under the muscle but have not decided size yet. I like the look of the 470cc rice sizers but who knows what my ps will tell me I can do. Do you have preop pics? What profile will you be going with? Pro op pics are pointless I'm flat as a board. Loose skin that gets fuller during menstrual cycle. Just added photos of milk engorged boobies from last year.

Happy birthday! Its the best present ever! I had mine done about 2mtjs ago and love em! Although I'm craving more cleavage. I'm going to see my doc and dicuss going a little bigger. I have and full C small D now. One NRA is a C and one is a D. It depends on the brand I guess. This may sound weird but your look soft and supple. Very natural. You doc did a great job.

Ok so these photos are of my breasts while nursing. I wore a size 32 C nursing bra which always he'd extra room to prevent leaking so I could wear 32 B and have amazing cleavage. I plan on 400cc silicone under to get me to a true c small d. Any input? Husband is wondering if 400 will be small concidering I'm completely flat like a 12 year old boy at the moment and thought my boobs were still small while nursing.

400 will look great. It will seem large at first and then they will shrink considerably, and soften and feel really really real. My revision doc didn't think he could fit 350 at our size, so I'm glad he did at least that. It's not too big at all. If your doc will let you put 400 or 450, go for it. The difference between the 2 is small, so no regrets about picking either of those.

I don't think 400 will be small! I'm short too (5 feet) but I have 14 pounds on you which as you know on a short person is pretty significant, and 400cc is not small on me! Good luck with everything, only a few more days!!

I feel like V. Salt Charlie and The chocolate factory...Give them to me, I want my golden goose!!!!
I'm nesting...Anyone else experience this prior to surgery? I think only mommies will get this. Nesting goes beyond any other cleaning ritual. I took everything out of my porch and scrubbed it, my side walk and side enclosed patio. It was a lot to mover around. I also Put my kids lil tykes climbing castle out back which involved a lot of 2 inches this way 3 inches that way to get it through my gate all by myself. My forearms hurt but a good work out kinda hurt and its day 3 since I did all that. Now I'm rearranging my house cleaning walls etc....anything to pass the time...
