I do have a high self-esteem but I just love love bigger boobs, love seeing an appealing cleavage and mine just didn't have any pizzazz, so I decided to call my friend's surgeon and get breast augmentation. Had saline implants, under the muscle..beware, it takes months for your boobs to reach final stage. I had mine done in May and my doctor said I still have some waiting to do. They dropped and fluffed quite nicely, they feel great too, but they're not perfect yet. I'm getting there though and I'm very excited...don't want to wear loose clothing ever again, these babies are too pretty not to reveal some of them :P

Congratulations! That's nice you had a friend who had breast augmentation. What was your pre op cup size and how many cc's did you end up getting? You're so correct in the fact that it takes some time for your breasts to drop and fluff. Glad you're pleased with your results so far. Thank you for sharing your story on RealSelf!
