Just had my Breast Augmentation Surgery today after searching for over a year for a plastic surgeon and reading numerous reviews on other surgeons. Upon my arrival at Spectrum's office I was very impressed with the classy décor of the office and the very friendly and professional demeanor of the receptionists that greeted me when I entered the office. I am ex-military and ex-corporate and a business owner and I know professionalism when I see it and every one that encountered at Spectrum went above and beyond the call of duty of respond professionally and quickly to every question or request that I had. Vivian my patient coordinator was the best in assisting me prior and after my arrival at Spectrum... and even though I did call her many times prior to my appointment she was always very polite, gracious and professional... I can not thank her enough for her assistance and the way she put me so at ease by answering all of my question promptly and efficiently. Jenny, the medical assistant was a great help as well as Daniel the Anesthesiologist and Enrique the Registered Nurse. So after this great reception from all of the staff at Spectrum, of course I could not wait to meet Dr. Ortega... and I was not disappointed!!!... Dr. Mel Ortega instantly put me at need. After consulting with several other plastic surgeons in my own home state who appeared totally disinterest and wanted to charge me twice as much for the same procedure... Dr. Ortega was very refreshing in the fact that he was very attentive, laid back (felt like you were talking to an old friend), warm, obviously a specialist in plastic surgery (very much on top of his game and a person of excellence)... But most of all l really I felt like he really cared about me as a person and that made all the difference in the world!!!... After talking with Dr. Ortega, needless to say I could not wait to get my surgery done and the results were Awesome!!! I am speechless over how much better my breast look!!!! Like a thousand times Better!!! and this was immediately following the surgery that I got today!!! With results like this I can't wait to get my tummy-tuck done in a few months!!! Hats off to Dr. Ortega and his staff, I simply love my breast augmentation and you guys are the Best!!!
