So I spoke with Dr. Salama's office and sent in my pictures. He said I am a great candidate for the procedure, and possibly lipo on my inner thighs.

I got really excited, but now I have to figure out how I am going to be able to afford it. I don't have anyone in my life that can front me $10,000 for a procedure I don't technically need, and I'm scared to get farther in debt after I already have student loans due. BUT I WANT THIS DONE SOO BAD!!

Cynthia was really helpful, and said they could probably get me in on a cancellation by October, so if I could figure it out, It would be a possibility I would have the body I want THIS YEAR!! No more waiting, or hoping, just living...

Anyone got suggestions on financing and payment??

I have struggled with my body a long time, and finally after college got to a place where I was happy with how I looked and loved by body, but my butt has always bothered me!


My normal measurements are 34-30-44, I have large hips, and a large butt on top but, no follow through as I like to say haha. I want a nice round butt that fits with my hips, small waist and boobs. I want to put on a dress and see the beautiful curve of my butt, not feel disappointed.


So I have been reading on here, and all the reviews are making me want it more and more!! To the point where I contacted Mr. Salama's office last week!!!
I lived in Miami for a while, and am back in California now. I considered getting it here, but I know I want a surgeon who does this procedure on a regular basis, and no matter where you are in the world... no one knows booty or beauty like Miami. So Im going to invest in myself, and look forward to the journey ahead!!

Current Weight: 190
Measurements: 36-30-44

I will lose 20-30lbs before the surgery in order to be at a more ideal weight but still have plenty of fat on me. I do not have alot of fat on my stomach so Im thinking he will probably have to use my back and thighs for the most part.

My only concern is how this surgery will be changed or altered by being pregnant. I plan on getting pregnant in the next few years so I want to be aware of the results. However I do not want to wait on this surgery.

I have often been afraid of over preparing, but I am excited and less nervous that i thought about this. Its comforting that I know the area the office is in, I lived down the street the entire time I lived in Miami, so hotels, and transportation wont be an issue, its just taking care of the money to get it done!!!

Super excited for you! I'm considering Salama as well. When is your surgery? And is 12,000 the official cost they gave you?
No definitely not lol ... They said around 8400... Whatever the price on their website, I remember it was exactly the same. I just sent my pics in so I don't know my date yet, I'm hoping for September, that my down month!! I'm excited for you too!!! Who else are you looking at? Are you in Miami?

Oh thank goodness! I saw $12,000 & I was like woaah I hope that's not right! Lol I got scared. Well I definitely have it narrowed down to Salama as my first choice. But I hear his partner Ghurani is pretty good too & I'm waiting to see a few girls' results who are going to him throughout this month. Yes Chicago! Well, Miami is number one for BBL. I saw ATL is on the map too but I'm sure I want to go with Miami. I also saw Dr. Michael Salzhauer come up. But I can't find enough reviews for him? Did you consider anyone else besides Salama or is he hands down the man for the job?
I reviewed a lot of the surgeons on here, I'm in California, so I checked in my area and even net with a surgeon in the Bay Area but the best I found maybe does the procedure a couple times every few weeks... I wanted someone who could do this in their sleep and has perfected their technique. So I started looking in Miami and I saw Salama's name everywhere, even on other surgeons pages. I also heard Medieta (i think that's how you spell it) is good, but overall I didn't like his before and after pics, they were model pictures, an if I'm paying 8000, I Want to see some real women pictures. So I decided to go with Salama's, my ass I big butt flat and I love love how round and poppy he transforms women's butts no matter where they start!
I agree! Practice maked perfect. And although someone has a few good results- it does not automatically mean that will be the case time after time. I'm much more confident that I'll be going to Salama after seeing london2miami's results. I fell in love! I don't think Salama has disappointed yet. I want to go sometime in Dec of this year or as late as March of next year. I just want to be sure I'm prepared for everything top to bottom, inside out, pre op to post op! Btw, I'm from Chicago but I am in Malibu for school. Are you in the bay area? I saw a couple reviews for a doctor in San Leandro- is that by any chance the doc you met with?
Im sorry it took me so long to get back to you!! I met with a doctor in San Francisco, I cant remember her name but she is female and does this procedure however I understood how little she did it when she told me it was impossible to change the shape of the buttocks, only to add additional fat, and make it larger. Her before and after pictures showed little to no improvement and like she said, the women had basically the same body just more fat in their butt. I really would like to find one in California that does it well, because the flight over and hotel and going to be costly, but I haven't found anyone with as great of before and after pictures... are you having any luck??
Hey StephJones40 I'm not sure if you researched on Dr.Perry but he trained Salama and his office allows you to make monthly payments over the phone for no fee. If you havent already research him. take care.
