Six days post op and home
Well ladies I'm six days in and I'm felling ok still bruised a whole lot still sore and still stiff but overall I'm good all the above comes with the territory been walking and drinking lots of water eating pineapple (fresh) and drinking pineapple juice this helps with the heeling process and trying to maintain a healthy diet...not only is it a new body it's a new lifestyle

Still have slot of bruising and stiffness but it's coming along .... waiting to get my massage this will be number 3 ???? I go go in the morning can't wait to get in my own bed...
Before massage
It kinda hurts but feels good at the same time still slit of swelling and bruises but over all I'm ok can't wait for the shape to settle in the nurse said it takes a little time

Haven't had my surgery yet but so far all is good communication with staff was difficult in the beginning but everything worked out I fly out Monday 3/20 and Tuesday 3/21 the new me will be born I will keep you guys posted and of course the new pics...
