BBL with Alvarez at Spectrum
After a lot of schedule changes and uncertainty, I finally got my BBL with Dr. Alvarez. He is very realistic and straight to the point. He is good at what he does. I love my results and I am even more happy that he did them instead of the previous doctors. He is one of the best at what he does! He is so good...I honestly don't see him at spectrum long! He is to professional and beyond his years to continue with the less than quality service that spectrum gives.

So I just went to hell and back! Scheduling had been a nightmare. My surgery was reschedule 3 times. The first time was because Llorente had left. Then they mistakenly put me on a Saturday even though Alveraz doesn't do Saturday's at Spectrum. Then unexpected I was moved again which altogether cost me over the 1,000 between flights and hotels. I wanted to cry because Spectrum didn't care, only offered my money back and to cancel my surgery all together. Crazy!
Fast forward to my surgery date. I am 3 days post op. I feel ok. The pain is a little tough but if you keep up your meds, you will be ok. I love my results. I won't get a better view until my appointment this coming Tuesday. Other than that, everything I went though was so worth it. Alveraz is good at what he does. He is an amazing surgeon. I plan to send everyone to his private practice instead of Spectrum. I truly feel the people at spectrum are nice and do a great job. The quality of care was not as good because I think they have so many clients that they don't value you as much. Why they couldn't understand my issue with my flights and the lack of communication was beyond me. I think they should provide better customer service because what I received was not good!
