Sorry I havnt been on here in days. I came down with a real bad cold while Ive been recovering so I havnt really been posting on here. This cold is kicking my ass. However my body looks amazing my waist is so small and gets smaller by the day and my butt and hips look amazing. I measured and I have 42 1/2 . Dr. Salama really did his thing!!

First massage down
Got my first massage today and wow I feel so much better. I was told how bad it hurt before hand and even tho it was very painful it also felt really good at the same time. The masseuse told me I drained a lot which is good. Hopefully a lot of this swelling will go down with this one and the others to follow. I also got my new garment today but it's not as tight as I thought it would be.

Yes drink lots and lots of water ... And walk around some.. But for me I think it's the fact that I'm drinking tons of water

Had surgery at7am
Hey girls... I went through my surgery at 7 am this morning. Sorry I am just now updating but I've been sleeping all day recovering.
First I want to say recovery is not easy. I am so sore all over my body. When I get up and out of bed I get so dizzy and nauseous. I am also bleeding a lot. I'm glad they told me before hand because if they didn't I would really be freaking out. My bed is covered in blood and so am i, but they say that's normal. So recover to say the least is a grousom process.
But girls, my but is huge!! The dr told me he put 1250 I'm each cheek!! I didn't think my body could handle that much cause I am only 5'1" tall. I know that I will only keep 50-70% but omg it looks amazing so far. No will post pics in a day or so for you ladies!! Just pray recovery goes well for me and I get to keep the 70%! Well I'm going to rest more .. Goodnight!!

Hi I am 24 5'8 165lbs. I am choosing Dr Salama in Miami too!!! My surgery date is Jan 15 and I cant wait for my results! I have heard so many reviews on him, and just had to book him. The staff is awesome and I haven't even met them in person yet! They make me feel comfortable and answer all your questions honestly. Any advice? Im having my friend come with me so I wont have to stay at the Recovery House. I also want 1250cc in each as well. BTW, hows the recovery coming along???
Good luck on your journey babe...I'm close to your height and weight.....I'm actually due for surgery in 4 days with Salama....I'm excited as well cause his staff is the best.....it's been a journey for me...
The recovery is coming along slowly.. Still real sore everywhere. I'm also still real swollen but I go for my first massage tomorrow and I hear you get a lot better after that. The best advise I can give you is to stay positive. You will feel sick and hurt and see a lot of blood. You will have a lot of swelling in the beging but remember all that goes away and the end result is well worth it.

We had surgey same time and day!! But I feel you on the nausea part! I'm in no pain really but so nauseous I hate when it's time to eat or walk ugh.
Yes .. My Nausea is completely gon now thank god.., can't wsite for the soreness to go tho .. Not in a lot of pain just real tender everywhere he lipoed and injected with fat
Hi had mine 11-3 and second is worse!! My pain standing not so bad but laying on my stomach oh what a [RS bleep]!! My doc doesn't use drains which I so loved. I think sleeping is by far my biggest challenge oh and having to cough ouuuuuuch! Happy healing !

It's ok hun I was trying to get out of the shower before you left but didn't make it. I got out at 6:07. Good to know it gets better by day 5.. Today is day 3 and I feel like I been hit by a truck I am so sore. But the nausea Is gone thank god!! You looked amazing btw!! Good luck with the rest of your recovery too Hun!!
