I did lab work last week and they called me to say it is all good, except my platelets. It came back a little high so they want me to retest. Has anyone else had these results? In the meantime I should work on lowering it, which I read online eating raw garlic and veggies like cucumbers help lower it down. I think I have been this way for some time because a year ago from my physical I received the same results but doctor said we didn't have to worry about it yet. Now im going under surgery so I wonder if doctor will look more into it now and prescribe something or if simply eating the garlic and veggies will help. Ill retest in few more days. I read having high platelets could cause blood clots so it does worry me, I'm not sure if this type of surgery has high risks of blood clots? Any help or experience on this could help, thanks!

I have done some shopping! I was told by the caregiver to buy dark loose clothing so I did and a robe! I have also now ordered Floradix (iron liquid) to start taking now that I am 2 months prior to surgery. Along with that I bought bromelian pills, arnica gel, arnica pills, pee Ez thing to help pee without taking off Faja! Ibuprofen and compression socks I can buy in store closer to the date. I plan to buy a maternity pillow for comfort when sleeping. I am looking for a bbl pillow but having a hard time finding it online, anyone know where I can order from?

Happybootypillow.com, Amazon has it for 4 dollars less....if you want an inexpensive one they have them on Ebay but it mite be a remake.

I ordered the Bum Booster, it worked great for driving. I also used a boppy pillow. Good luck...you're getting closer!
