Hello everyone! I am getting ready to put down my deposit...which means I have finally made my decision to go for lipo & bbl. I have been undecided for almost 3 years. I feel more comfortable now after doing research. Please any advice on the procedure or doctor please let me know. Any questions feel free to ask! Also I want to know how the ladies that did this with local how it went for you all. That's my next decision to make whether doing local or general.

Any recommendations on local or general for Lipo & BBL? Has anyone had local for Lipo & BBL and could you exlplain your experience? Thanks!

I had IV sedation for my BBL. It was just fine and I think is helped my recovery the first few days.

General!!! I would pay any amount of money to never feel that pain again but the Dr is amazing you definitely need to go to Velilla

I honestly don't know how I would do this without my RealSelf ladies! I have to say thank you to you all for being so nice, thoughtful, & caring on answering all my questions and sharing your experiences that have not been easy. We don't know each other, but because we are all looking for the same results we can all relate! You guys are all a blessing with teaching each other to have successful results! Soon that will be me and hope to help as many as I can..

You really are a sweetheart and I hope you get the best outcome on your surgery. The main thing to remember is to go into this with confidence and a positive attitude, tell your surgeon exactly what you want also show him pictures that have your body frame, many dolls feel reluctant to show pictures because they feel it may be unrealistic, but I think you should try to give him a visual of what shape and not just words. I will be looking forward to your transformation.
