At this point if my post can save one woman's time, effort, pain, money or sanity then it's worth me typing this last post! Spectrum Aesthetics is leading patients on by falsely advertising Dr. Martinez work on IG and fb. They have also infiltrated realself with fake profiles to counteract the negative reviews. I had my surgery about 3 weeks ago. I was not happy with the results post op but I knew that most people aren't happy right away. I was warned not to go to Dr. Martinez but in effort to save the money I had already spent I still went to him hoping for the best. As I said I'm 3wks post op and no only is my butt asymmetric but it is almost completely the same size as I was post op. All of my clothes fit absolutely the same other than a looser in my tummy area. I feel like a complete fool at this point. I wasted so much money and time. What makes it worse is that I'm still in pain from a bbl that it looks like I didn't even have! Now in stuck in a situation where I don't know if I should get the revision done at Spectrum because they would be responsible for some of the cost or do I just start all over with a new doctor which means much more money! I honestly can't believe this has happened to me! DO NOT GO TO DR MARTINEZ! You will thank me later. I hope this reaches someone...

Oh it looks realky good bella. I think a lot of people have these expectations to look like super models after sugery but thats not always the case. I think it looks great. Huge difference. Plastic surgery can only do so much. The docs have to work with what u started with and a lot think its going to be an extreme change. I think give it time he did a good job from what i see.

I did not have the expectation of looking like a super model. I knew the area I wanted him to focus on and I explained them to him. BBL includes lipo and fat transfer to BOTH your butt and hips. I can feel exactly where he put to fat and that is just the top and the side of my booty. My hips and my lower booty are exactly the same as they were pre op. That's my only complaint. I'm sure I had enough fat to spread around and it wasn't done. I just wanted him to provide the service he charged me for, that's all.

Same thing with me. He didn't put anything in my hips or my lower booty. Wow does he only focus on the top. Like a butt is round. The top part will go down and blend in with your booty but it won't be a bubble booty. Just fatter than u had it

She's the 4th person I've heard that he did the same thing as he did tome. Just put Fat on the top. 5 ladies included me, now come on. I think you're his assistant and is Trina to make him look good. Ur really insulting us by saying what you're saying.

That's terrible what he said about the hips. I had fat added to my hips when I had my tt (none to my butt). I had the hip dents too. They aren't there anymore. I consulted with a surgeon before I chose mine. When I told Jim about the hip dents he told me I couldn't do anything about that, but a smaller waist would make them appear larger. I knew right then I wouldn't be going with him.

Soooo here's a short update... (because I'm tired and in pain y'all)

So I went to Martinez on Wednesday at 830am, I waited for about two hours before my surgery started. Martinez came in about 10 minutes before the surgery and introduced himself, mark me up and take pictures. Martinez refused to look at any of my pictures and when I commented about the things I wanted him to focus on the most (such as dents in my hips, size of my tummy, etc) he stated "This will not improve, it's your genes!" I did not feel comfortable with going into surgery because I felt like my wishes were not clear or being heard. I went into surgery at 10:30 and was awaken at 3:00pm. I woke up to being put in a wheelchair and rolled to my ride. No one made sure I was coherent or even able to walk. Needless to say when I woke up the following day to look at my results, I was disappointed. My butt looks like he added fat to the sides of my butt and the top of my butt. The middle of my butt feels absolutely normal and looks normal. My tummy was liposuctioned very well. As of today I am not happy with my results but hopefully as the swelling goes down, they will improve. Ttyl I need a nap

Same thing happened to me and I tried to prevent ladies from going to Him but no one listened. It's on my review how terrible the experience was. I hope yours do improve.

You know once you do everything to get everything in order to have surgery such as RH, time off work, medical clearance, etc you don't want to cancel at the last minute. I actually called to cancel after I saw your post but they talked me back into it. I should have listened, honestly.

Ghurani didn't have any surgeries on the board all three days I went to spectrum. I don't think he's working.

I don't think your butt looks bad at all it look nice and round to me the problem is I think he should've lipo you more in the back but they saying they only can take out 4 liters of fat the question did he really take out the whole 4 liters
