Let me begin by saying Dr. Macadoo was an excellent choice for my first cosmetic surgery experience. He is all the things you read about, confident and masterful in his work, humorous, authentic, and professional. The Vanity Staff members were awesome as well. Nothing like the negative views I've read. Very supportive and made me feel like it was a family affair.
Upon arrival on July 2nd from NYC to Miami my bmi was at 39 , needless to say during my pre op appointment I was rejected for the surgery. I had 8 days to loose 20lbs and that's exactly what I did to get my bmi to 34. I ate less than 500 calories a day, worked out four times daily, exhausting 2000 calories on the elliptical machine at the hotel gym. My bestie and my man were very supportive.
I appreciate Dr. Macadoo's candid rejection of doing the surgery for safety reasons with my bmi at 39. The HNIC who is the head nurse who is the blonde bombshell with the large office space was also very supportive. She told me I could do it and said it's been done before but also supported the doctors orders that my bmi was too high initially.
Overall I am very happy with this new ass of mine. Things I have now that I didn't have pre surgery:
1. A well proportioned body.
2. A waist line.
3. An ass that you can see in a jogging suit
4. A smaller back side.
Now for the things I can live without after the surgery:
1. This one area with post op incision pain in the abdominal.
2. The swelling
3. The discomfort of sleep deprivation
4. The massages that require me to take the faja and boards on and off.
5. The overall soar ness and inability to drive, sleep on my sides or back.
It was worth it all. I am going back next year to get lipo in my arms, inner thighs and ab area if needed. My bestie said it best Macadoo is great at what he does, he tastefully changed my shape and for a big girl 5'8 and 230lbs I am so full of body without the circus act, clown shape. My bust 38 dd, now matches my waist, to hips to ass ratio.
Much love to the Staff at Vanity and Dr. Macadoo, see you all in 2017 for round 2.

Other than not being able to sit or lay on my new booty, I'm okay 6 days post surgery. I will tell you we are sure going thru a whole lot for these shapes. I'm drinking cucumber, lemon, fresh mint water and staying below 800 calories consumption daily. Mostly salads and grilled fish, chicken, or shrimp.
Make sure your bmi is no higher than 34. Go to Miami with someone who is team you for support. Plan on not sleeping well for a while. Plan on having a
