On May 4th i decided it was time i got myself a new round booty. I did a lot of research, read through many reviews, and looked through many websites. In the end i decided the best surgeon for me was Dr Salama. I was very nervous in the beginning but the more i spoke with the staff the better i felt. I met Dr Salama and he prepared me before my sugery. I went throught with it. Had my entire back, stomach, love handles, and side boob area lipoed. I had fat transferred to my butt and had a breast augmentation done also. He also lipoed my chin and removed some scar tissue i had from my first breast augmentation(without extra cost). I stayed at the recovery house which i do recommend doing if you decide to have surgery. Amazing staff and yummy food. I am 8 weeks out from surgery and my healing is going great. I still have a litte swelling but thats normal. I am completely pleased and happy that i chose Dr Salama. I cant wait to go back next year for more work i want done :) i will post pics soon.

Hi, I'm doing my revisions and a breast augmentation with him this week. He did my bbl last year. Can you tell me how you sleep? I'm nervous about how I will sleep with my bbl being revised and a breast augmentation.
I used a boppy pillow and placed it below the boob area so I was not putting too much pressure there. It wasn't so comfortable at first but it got better. I didnt want to risk losing more fat in my butt by laying on it so I made it work. Pillows below the breasts work also. Just keep them as elevated off the bed as you can.
Thank you for that! I got my revision and BA Friday and in have been laying in a beach chair with a hole cutout. I I'll try ur method!
