BBL & breast aug - too much fat in butt for leg size & no hip projection

UPDATED FROM bblgirl72

Moving forward with a BBL Revision

Just to be extra careful this time around, I received a second consultation regarding the horrible BBL Dr. Salama performed. This doctor too agreed that I did not have a natural look such as no hip curves and just too much fat in my butt while my legs are too little. Her goal is to take the fat from my butt and from my upper back to add to my hip area to give me a natural look. I’m going for a third consult on Monday because after the work Salama did, I don’t want to experience anything like that again. I am being extra careful but you would too if you had my results. I’m getting all facts, and a feel for the doctor’s personality and bedside manners before any work is done on me.

I just looked at my breast and the right one is droopy. This is the one I had issues with since almost day 1 of the surgery with Salama. I know I will have to address that one day but right now my focus is on getting my butt revised because of the shotty work done by Salama.

horrible experience

I am almost 3 years out from surgery. Do not go to Salama! He did a breast and butt aug. I wanted a D cup and he gave me DD. I was a C cup before so all I wanted was a small change. That was not to be with Salama. I have noticeable scaring around my areola. His recovery house was horrific and not properly set up for recovery. I saw drops of blood in the house and they were not mine. The employees in the recovery houses aren’t even nurses. My butt is way too big for my legs as well. I have an ant or diaper booty now. I have no hips! He just added fat to my butt. I recently had a consult with a doctor in Atlanta who said my butt did not look natural. I am going to get it revised because I’m to the point where I’m embarassed by my butt. I cover it up with jackets or try to wear big clothes. People don’t get fooled by his cheaper price. Trust me it’s not worth it. He may be cheaper but look at me, having to spend almost $10k to correct the horrible work he did. It’s best to just pay a good doctor more Han deal with Salama.

Run Quick, Fast and in a Hurry From Dr. Salama

Hi everyone! I am almost 3 years from my surgery with Dr. Salama. Choosing him was a bad decision. I had a consult recently with a plastic surgeon in Atlanta who agreed that he put too much fat in my butt for my leg size and I have no hip projection. She said her goal is to give me a natural look (aka the work Salama did does not look natural). It’s sad we pay all this money to look good but look worse. I am so self conscious of how my butt looks now. I find myself covering my ant booty with jackets or trying to wear big clothes to cover it up. I truly have a diaper booty. I am planning to have this doctor to remove some of this fat to give me a natural look cause I’m so self conscious of how I look. Truly embarrassed!

As far as my breast, I still feel the same...these implants are way too big. I just wanted to go up from a C cup to a D cup. These things are DD! Totally too big and not what I requested. He did the cutting around the Areola to insert the implants. Bad decision as I have noticeable scars. I’m telling you, I don’t care how cheap he is compared to other doctors. DO NOT go to this man. His work is horrible. And not to mention no bedside manners and his staff never in the almost three years EVER followed up with me except the one time I was having issues and I had to send a nasty email for them to respond after calling several times with no response.
