hey sweetie, How are you? i am still considering the implants but i dont know yet. I might go for a round 2 bbl because i read sooo many negative reviews ( implants removed, infections etc...) i am too scared now lol. I have heard salama is not doing the butt implants anymore because a lot of girls had complications with the implants. i dont want to risk my health for some implants.

i am considering Dr. Duran in the DR for my round 2. ive seen good results.

Dr Duran definitively has some good results. And if you do go for her I hope you have the results you will be really satisfy with. I have nothing against butt implants nor criticise those who go for them, but I have been always been very apprehensive in regards to them. However I genuinely think that with what you already have you will achieve a big booty if you do go for round 2. All behind you. As for me I am still eating but weight is very slow Take good care of yourself

It's called the booty greed lol I'll definitely need a round 2 or Implants. I am saving some money for round 2. I don't have any hips anymore. 0 hips. I don't think you need a round 2 tho so far. Do you want a bigger butt or more hips ?

Do u know I have read a review from a girl saying after 6 months all the hips were gone. I suppose we just cannot control our body reaction after BBL we just have to hope for the best.
I like more hips or let's say lower side of the butt filled out. A bit of both really.
But, if I can achieve 48' I will b delighted just have to c hw it goes.

Hey sweetie, Yea it's been a long time it's nice to hear from you. Yes , I am still considering implants and I've heard about dr aslani. I've seen some good reviews on realself. I am doing good but my dents and lumpy spots are still there. I think it won't go away. My butt is flat at the bottom and high at the top. Salama offered me a revision I sent him pics. I don't know think I am going for round 2 with salama. I definitely need a round 2 or implants. I think the bbl is not worth the money. I lost 60% of the transferred fat. It's just not worth the money and time. I don't have the time for round 2 or 3 or 4 lol I don't recommend it but your surgery is next month so it's too late anyway lol It looks nice and big in the beginning but you have to wait 7-12 months to see the end results. You said you have to gain weight for the bbl... I don't think that's a good idea to be honest because you will probably loose the fat after 3/4 months...I've read so many reviews about it. I had a lot of fat to begin with (82 kg ) Salama told me not to gain any extra weight. Almost 60% didn't survive. your surgery is pretty soon. Darling I am so glad to read from you. And thank you for your time to be honest I cannot lie that I have been thinking if it's sorted. I do not think I will be able to afford round 2 I have an eight year old to think about.but I am also scared of the complications linked to implants. It's just like a no win situation. I wanted my butt to be as big as it can be but I do not think I have enough fat for that you had a lot injected and to loose 60% it's a lot and you are only young and I am a am 44 at this age you loose natural body fat. One good thing tho is that I want to loose my love handles and the protruding pouch under my belly. It's a lot of money to spent if you must loose it in a year

hey sweetie, i just saw your question concerning the weight gain ( your profile) and there was a picture of you (from the back). you dont have enough fat i think. but i really hope you wil be happy with the end results. this surgery is also a liposuction ( love handles, abdomen, etc) so its okay. if you want a big but i would not recommend you a bbl because i had way much more fat in the back and abdomen and i have lost 60 %. please keep me updated. i cant wait to see your results :)

Hey hun. I would recommend you to take a non stop direct flight if that's possible. I wanted to save some money so I took a flight with 1 stop + 2 hours train . I am going to take a non stop flight next time. Never again. I don't want to scare you but the flight was one of the most horrible experience in my life lol a direct flight is definitely better. I contacted Salama last week he emailed me yesterday. I still have a big dent on my cheek and some lumps . He told me to get some professional massages first. But he agreed to do a revision. But I don't know if I want a revision or round 2 (with another doctor, Salama is way too expensive ) because my fat has reabsorbed a lot. A bbl is no guarantee . I am also thinking about bbl with implants.

I am sorry to hear about your dent and hope that you will somehow find a way to get it fixed. But before I embarked on this hole journey I did read that the fat get reabsorbed in the body anyway. Also reads that most of the volume you will loose will be between week 2 and 4. I did consider the DR but I heard that they do not have any good emergency service in case something goes wrong. Having said that I do see lots of nice results from a few surgeons over there. But I do believe that your butt is still rounder yes? Because believe me or not that foto of yours in a blue top I did put it on my phone to show Dr S as a wish projection. And today I am here writing to you. The world is so small and it's a very good feeling for me In my case I am not too big so I need to need to eat more and put on around 6 kgs. I did see a Dr in Spain and he recommended that we can use implants to compliment. But the fact that as humans we use our behind a lot makes me a bit reluctant to go that way. But I wish you all the best and luck if you decide to do so. I have already paid my deposit with Salama two days ago and cannot go back now I guess since it's not refundable. I definitely will do take care honey. Do you mind me asking how much you weight before surgery and how tall you are? I am 5'5 my weight was between 60/62kgs before starting gaining weight. I am currently 67kgs still have a long way to go. Wish me luck

I am 5'7. My weight was 74 kgs before starting gaining weight for the surgery. I gained 6 kgs extra. I am 78 kg now. I also gained fat in my upper arms and chin because my body stores the fat in my upper body. My arms look big now. I am not going to gain weight for my round 2. It was my fault tho. Salama told me not to gain any weight because I had enough. My butt gets bigger when I gain weight and gets smaller when I loose weight. It's really annoying. That's why I am thinking about the implants. Did he tell you to gain weight ?

very good morning to you my dear and thank you again for your help and very positive information. Salama told me just like you to gain 6kgs. and I was thinking of gaining about 10kgs. So to be honest I do not like the way my face look: very rounded and my upper arms are getting bigger and the lower part of the arms is gaining very little as they have been always very bony looking. My middle area tummy and flanks always gain some as well. But I do not want lipo in my arms. I thought that after lipo especially on the tummy it makes you looks smaller?? I am just confused now: gain a lot of weight for some considerable amount of fat? I love your bum though looks good I must say.
