BBL Cabral in DR or Hasan in Miami ???

Hi ladies. I am considering getting a BBL sometime next year. I am 27 years without any children. I weigh about 180 lbs and I am 5'8(ish). I will be totally honest at first I was totally against cosmetic surgery when it is not for serious health reasons. However, a friend of mine who lives in DR had the surgery in June 2015 and she looks beyond amazing. I went to visit her in July and was able to see the blessed body, shaped by KING Hector Cabral, with my own two eyes. My friend was very candid and open with me about her BBL procedure. She still encouraged me to do my own research. Additionally, she has offered to let me stay with her at her house in the DR and help take care of me if I choose to have my surgery there. Since being sold on have the BBL and completing my own research I have been so excited and really cannot wait until I have officially transformed my body. However, I am not sure if I want to go with Cabral despite the amazing results I have seen from my friend and others on RS. My first reservation involves the health standards in the DR. I do not want to spend all this money on BBL and end up sick or unable to access adequate health care if needed. Additionally, if I commit to having Cabral do my surgery I plan on staying in the DR for at least 3 weeks. This is the complicated part, I am currently in professional school and I cannot sacrifice missing an internship for a big butt and flat stomach. My career is too competitive to fail in obtaining adequate experience working in my field. Because of these reservations I started researching doctors in the US. This is how I found Hasan. I love his work too. Right now I am leaning more towards having my BBL done by Hasan. However, I am unsure I can get my waist snatched in the US compared to the accomplishments of the doctors in the DR. Cabral quoted me a price of $3800. Cabral told me he did not think I would need a tummy tuck based on my pictures(thank you Jesus). I am working on a quote from Hasan presently. I would like my BBL to include a fat transfer from my right and left side, lower and upper abdomen, right and left waist,upper & lower back side. I do not want a tummy tuck whatsoever. Please ladies help with the follow concerns: 1) should I go with Cabral or Hasan (remember all of my reservations), 2) Do you think I will need a tummy tuck, 3) if it does look like I need a tummy tuck what can I do now to blast some belly fat to avoid doing so, 4) Can Hasan snatch my waist just as good as the doctors in DR, and 5) should I lose some weight for the best results.
