50+ Had BLL and Lipo. Miami, FL

I don't know where to start.. let me start by saying, my fat transfer is leaving.. I don't have the curves I had just a week ago... it seems every week my shape is leaving. The fat from my stomach is still good, but the BBL is not there anymore. I know in the beginning, a lot of the back was from swelling but WOW so much of it is gone.. did I get what I paid for... I DON'T THINK SO! I only go half of it. I'm 10 weeks Post surgery and my BUTT is almost as it was when I got the BBL. And 6 days post op, I was horrified at the way I was looking. Now I'm loosing the form I was liking a lot! I'm not sure if I received the laser lipo or the traditional.. I was supposed to receive the traditional.. but after the surgery, the next day the bottom of my stomach was burning as if heat was applied and my skin was very dark as if it was burned. So I put a cream on it to stop the burning feeling and to heal the skin and three days later it was a lot better, the cream helped with the burning feeling and with the redness of the skin. I never asked the doctor if he used both laser and traditional... but I will ask him when I go see him in two months. Most doctors said at 6 months is the final look you will have after surgery... well it's not looking to good at 21/2 months later. I did everything the doctor told me to do... wear garment for 8 weeks, sleep on stomach for 8 weeks, do not sit for 4 weeks. I still sit on a boppy pillow as of today. So I'm not sure what happened. Has anyone else have this issues? Does the transfer stay or not?

Just 6 days post op. I'm not sure if it was worth it yet. First of all I screwed up by asking for the wrong type of BBL. I told the doctor I wanted a Apple bottom. In my mind a Apple bottom is all the fat transfer would be at the bottom of my rear end... well that's not the case now that I have it. I have to humps at the top of my rear end. Looks like my waist is much shorter now and I have to humps. I feel my doctor should of made sure I knew exactly what I was requesting. He didn't. He gave me what I asked for, I am told. I am not happy at all. Now my tops and blouses are not flowing... looks like I am shorter and dumpy. I've been crying wonder what did I DO TO MY Body! I'm still swollen and and sore but looking behind does not satisfy me at all. I should of asked for a Brazilian Butt, I am told. to get the look I was going for with bottom heavy not top heavy like I received. To me I look worse than before.. looking all dumpy and all. I don't want to put the Dr. out there because I've seen his work and he does great work. But I think he should of made sure I was clear in what I wanted. He just gave me what I requested. So I have to most of the blame for the look I have. I'm so disappointed.
