So I had my BBL in April 2015. I had my arms, inner thighs, full back and abd lipoed to get enough fat for my BBL. Shortly after my procedure I started experiencing sweats. That's what I called them...sweats. Well apparently it was hot flashes. It kept happening and becoming more frequent so I went to have some blook work done last month because my hair was also beginning to break off and fall out. The NP that I went to said my testosterone was low and I needed to see a GYN. Today I went to see the GYN and my FSH was 125. She told me I was in full blown menopause. Now I think it was very strange that I went from nothing to full blown menopause in a matter of 7 months. I had a partial hysterectomy 13 years ago so I don't have a period to monitor. So yes I absolutely believe that the liposuction threw me into menopause. I didn't have any signs or symptoms until after the procedure. I am 43 years old. I was give a prescription for testosterone cream and estradiol oral pills. Is anyone taking bio identical hormones and how are they working for you?
