I have been interested in this procedure a few years now. My body is not like it was I have gained and lost weight over the years. I am not in the best of shape due to my career, kids, and busy lifestyle, however, I am always told I look a lot younger than my age and i'm all for anything to preserve my body. I will only be happy with less rolls, flat stomach and a fat butt!!!! Yazzzzzzz Huntey!!! I have spent hours on the internet looking at pictures, researching doctors, checking prices, weighing the risks , etc. Over the past few months I have gotten really serious about actually doing something. I've never had any major surgeries or procedures done in the past besides Botox and Juvederm. While searching for information I discovered Real Self had lots of reviews from actual people that had these procedures. Last week I opened my account. I decided against telling my entire family so I feel alone. I do not know what excuse I will give my job or family once I return and pop up with a new body. any ideas???? I have learned while trying to find information on Real Self some of the women are helpful and some of them are not. I decided we are all in the same boat so why not help each other. I will document my journey as much as I possible can to help as many as I can...........wait for it!!!

the first thing I did was submitted my pictures along with the pre op consult to Shirley. She answers most of my questions but she is ready for my payment. Once she emails the bank information I will make a wire transfer to save my date!

I have a BMI of 31.8. Dr. Fisher's requirement is a BMI below 30 so in order to have surgery with Dr. Fisher then I must lose at least 10 lbs. I have already decided I'm going with Dr. Omulepu because his BMI requirement is below 34.

MY FIRST MOMENT OF DISCURAGEMENT
I was just told the 4,000 cash special ends next week. I would have to pay 1,000 dollars down to hold my special and date. That would be fine except they only do cash deposits or wire transfers. I was hoping to make a small cash down payment of about 10% then pay the rest off during tax time .....wtf! Why is my down payment so high? I've read reviews where anywhere from 300.00 to 500.00 have held the date. I also would like to see the contract before I pay down. I emailed Shirley back so I'm waiting on a response almost in tears already

On October 27, 2015 I submitted my information to request information. On October 28, 2015 Shirley, a surgery coordinator responded. I then asked a ton of questions. I had originally wanted Dr. Fisher but due to my BMI she suggested DR OSAK OMUELPU since his credentials are the same. I looked him up, I was impressed with his before and afters so I submitted my pre op consult and pictures. I am waiting for his response.
