35 Years Old with 4 Kids in Need of a New Body

So I am three weeks post op today and I am feeling amazing. From time to time my hands still get that tingling feeling in them but other that that I am good. My butt is going down I was feeling some type of way but after I looked at it I still have a small waist and and juicy booty with projection. The width went down do to swelling. I do have to warn you ladies I went out and brought a second garment the lady put me in a extra small that garment tore me up!! I called Nacey Dr. Calva assistant and she told me to get my original garment which was a extra large by the way and take it to a seamstress to get it take in 2 sizes to a medium. Let me tell y'all u feel so much better. I am trying to upload two photos the one in the blue dress is 2 days post op very swollen . The next one is today 3 weeks post op

Today iam one week post op and had a massage today. It was different from the couple I got in Miami but the massage therapist told m that the longer u go without it the lumps start to come . I paid for a package deal 5 massages for $300. I feel great today MY butt is still hard and The numbness is my lower back and stomach is so annoying but no pain. I keep looking in the mirror like damn I finally did it . I am so proud of Dr.Calva work. My body is looking real nice so far just how he said it would . This laying in my stomach is a little frustrating but I find little things to do so I can stand up more

I started having my kids young and I have been a full time mom. At this point in my life my kids are almost grown and I am still a full time mom but I feel a woman should love the way they look and I wasn't feeling mine. I originally was going with Dr.Hasan but things happen and timing was not good but god has his own plans and I was rescheduled with Dr.Calva. I am so thankful because this is a very serious procedure and u have to trust that the surgeon u choose is best for you. The day of before my surgery I arrived in Miami went straight to Eres the staff was so sweet to me with banging bodies. I came in with a positive attitude and they gave back positive energy as well. I did paperwork took pics laughed so much with the girls I miss them and only was there a few days. I came down with my sister and we stayed at the days inn Miami international it was ok not all that but clean and nice people . I would recommend going down with a family member if you can and stay at a hotel. The next day which was a Tuesday I was scheduled for surgery at 4 am I got there got marked up met my loving doctor and his amazing staff and was waiting to get my surgery done but it was a problem with my paperwork getting there which made me mad as hell so my sister and I walked down to the IHOP to eat so I can wait for the main office to open and I can give them a piece of my mind. As we walked in I saw Dr.Calva and the anesthesiologist and we talked they apologized a million times and I thought about it and said u know what things happen and if god had me wait today it was for a reason. We ate breakfast I hugged the doctor and anesthesiologist and took a Uber to the clinic. By the time I got there everyone already knew what was going on. They tried to accommodate me and give me another doctor (which was very nice of them) and I met with the surgery manager as well as the office manager (body is banging) and they put me in with my same doctor for the next day and was very apologetic. I appreciate the fact that they cared and couldn't be angry with them at all they are only human! Well the next day it was on 4 am got in there took my drug test and my sister, my nurses and I laughed and tweeted before I went into the surgery room. I prayed and let it go. When I walked in the surgical room I met a new anesthesiologist we went over everything. I mean everything. You have to be honest ladies this is ur life I let them know my last day smoking we'd was 35 days before surgery and hey can tell by ur urine levels so don't lie. Be Truthful!! After that I got nervous real quick and then I look up and see Dr.calva letting me know he is right there with me as the anesthesiologist put the medicine in my arm. I felt safe all of a sudden I knew god heard my prayers and sent an angel in that room with me. I closed my eyes and let go. Next thing I remember I was woke and there was a girl screaming in pain to the left of me it may sound crazy but [RS bleep] I started screaming too lmao idk I was confused. U feel a burning feeling at first but the nurses are right there for you comforting you. I tell you I felt like family in that little time.The IV medicine didn't really do much for me but my sister had my medicine so as soon as we got back to the hotel I took a pain pill and antibiotic and was man down. About 2 hours later I woke up and looked at my body like OMG this is real. Dr. Calva didn't use drains on me and no faja for the fort 2 days an amazing technique he has cause I was twerking and moving all around my first night. The next day I went to my post op appt. and gotta massage I drained so much it felt like a few gallons came out it shocked the nurses but Nacey is the truth she made me feel so good. Take a pain pill 30 minutes before u get it and it's not hat bad at all! After that me and my sis went back to the hotel room and chilled. Drink slit of Gatorade it helps I drank 2 big jugs a day as the doctor tells u to do. You have to listen to what he says and recommends and u will be ok. A lot of people go down there tryna take shortcuts and do they own thing I been on RealSelf for 4 years and at the end of the day RealSelf helped get the confidence and a lot of ideas but when it all go down I listened to the doctor and I am moving around and healing fast. They were shocked my incisions closed in 24 hours I think I am wolverine or something cause I heal fast but I am blessed y'all. Ok so Day 2 was a little stiff but that's ur body craving a massage and I couldn't wait to get it. They told me I had to go to the main clinic. I later found out that a young lady passed the day after I got my surgery and realized wow I remember seeing her and wishing her well when I was leaving from my first massage . It hurt me and I felt down cause she was a very happy spirited YOUNG lady.i don't know what happened but I sent a few prayers that she Rest In Peace in heaven??? when I got to the clinic on my day 2 massage u can tell the office was hurting as well but they stayed professional I met another massage girl that day I think she was Sandy (sorry if I got it wrong) but she knows who she is. I was scared at first to change people but she was great to we talked and laughed as I got my massage I miss her too! I came out feeling brand new again that was on Friday and I was going home Saturday at 715 am.I wanted to get more massages but I had already paid to be there from Monday to Saturday plus I was so homesick I needed to see my hubby and kids bad.so all together I only got 2 massages but I am good I watched what she did so when I got home I could make sure I kept draining. That night I spoke with my doctor he checks in on u and makes sure your ok and so does his staff I had to get about ten calls from hen checking on me from the time I had surgery until now. The plane ride was ok I got a neck pillow and sat on it to fly back. I also took a pain pill before I left so I would sleep the ride home. Sheesh when I woke up I was on my butt I was devastated but I stood up and the dink was still plump! I walked through the airport try to walk as much as I can cause if not ur just making ur healing time longer. I am determined to heal cause life don't stop. O get a lot of rest my husband, kids,Mom, sister and family have been the best I swear iam so thankful for them. I got home and drained that night my mom, cousin, my sister and daughter in law did that for me it wasn't bad at all. Everyone is different I would say be positive as you can no matter what through this procedure it is serious and nothing to play with. It's not about just looking good u have to feel good and I think ur healing process will be fast. I tried to drain today but my incision hole fled and nothing was really coming out anyway. I called he office spoke with a post op nurse right away and she assured me it is normal I am done the draining process I will still get a massage one to two times a week just cause hey recommend it but that all. Be prepared ur hands get numb that's normal it's from laying in ur stomach. I was a little nervous about that but I checked with the nurse and it's normal.. I don't take the oxy like that anymore either I take my arnica pills every 4-6 hours and Tylenol maybe 2 times a day. I am 5 days post op feeling great AND healthy but u have to have ur mind right. Don't rush into anything u have to be stress free. I laugh a lot and live meeting people even haters they motivate me for real. When u go to Eres dot look at what other people experienced cause each person is different. You gotta give respect and be positive they are human like you and I. I look at it like this treat people how u wanna be treated I didn't meet not one bad person there honestly and this is my review I am only gonna keep it real!! Before I forget I hope they see this all the ladies I met there I. That staff shout out to y'all for real even the front desk girl that's my boo I hope your toe is better.
