Helloo!!!, which doctors have you visit yet?

I visisted one in my area and I see so many comments on different doctors that I get a little lost. I'm a afraid I jumped to fast. Although I was told I could get a full refund. I see talk about lab work and don't know where to even get it done. Also talk about sitting after surgery and I have to drive back home after I leave. What about follow up appointments and any other small purchases. I see talk about a list of supplies. I'm wondering is it worth the 13 hour ride and I have to bring a friend. Guess I should have ask these questions before I paid my deposite but I didn't think of them. Didn't know what to ask.
