5 months update
love my results. I still can not lay flat on my back comfortably or sit for long periods of time without becoming uncomfortable. but besides that I am fine. I'm down 20 lbs since surgery, still have a belly but my body is chunky in all the right places. adding a couple pics from the past couple months.
overall experience
so it's been 2 weeks since surgery I'm felling so much better I can't move around alot more. it was pretty painful for the first week and a half I couldn't move to much without being in pain. as of right now I'm very happy with my results. I played dress up a little the other day and couldn't stop smiling. the worse part of it all is not being able to sit or sleep on my back for 4 weeks. sleeping on my stomach hurts and causes my body to be stiff. but anyways here is my before and after.
Assistance 4 life recover house
this is my review on the assistance for life recovery house.
I loved it I stayed at the second location where they had 4 bedrooms with 2 beds in each and 2 bathrooms. I had my own room with 2 beds and a recliner in it. very comfortable. the caretaker were so sweet and helpful. they made sure my clothes and bedding were clean daily and the pads on my bed were changed everytime I got up. they cooked some really good meals and had snacks like jello and smoothies in between meals. I liked that there was a fenced in back yard with chairs and a hammock with the butt cut out. very clean and cool place to stay. Vivian is one of the ladies that run the house and she was very nice and on top of everything, she made sure I got to were I needed to be on time everytime.
the massages were really helpful as well. the first one was a little painful but after the 2nd one I felt better.
