I have been paying attention to my weight ever since I had my surgery, going into surgery I was 176lbs, coming out of surgery I was 185lbs due to swelling and today I now weight 169. I'm losing weight but I don't see/feel it. I feel like it's from me losing volume/projection in the butt area. I listed photos so you all can see how I still have fat in my back, my butt got way smaller than before, my waist ain't as small, I'm still so unhappy with how I look and can't wait for 1yr post-op I really think that Dr. Dowback can put a finishing touch and give me the shape that I'm looking for. I do still want to lypo my arms, inner thigh, my flanks, love handles, and if I'm able to I can re-do stomach.

Overall I had a good experience. If I had to rate how Dr. Salama made my body look I would say 7 out of 10. I chose 6 because I still have fat on my back and I don't really like my hips/back rolls but other than that I had a great experience. Everyone there are so kind, respectfully, excellent bedside manner, they have real patience, very professional staff, and the doctor himself "wow I was amazed". I called Dr. Salama twice because I had a real concern and both times he answered, when I messaged him he still responded within 2mins I really appreciate that he took his time to respond back, it showed me that he doesn't just care about the money he really care about what's going on with his patients. If I had to do it again I would still choose Dr. Salama he did an amazing job comparing to how I look before.

go to ebay and get a full back latex body binder with 3 hooks i have it on my page the reason for your back fat is still due to swelling the faja you are using is not tight enough

Just got through with my massage

So i made this video because i feel like sometimes pictures lie and with the video you can see just a better view. The fat on my back i doubt it will ever go down Because i really don't believe it's from me being swollen i just feel like not enough fat was taken out. I do believe my body look way better than before, there's not lie to that i love the fact that i got half the fat taken out my stomach but regret that i was unable to do my arms, and get my waist way smaller
