Hello everyone!
Im pretty new to this so I need all the advise I can get! Ok so here's a little background, I've been wanting to get a bbl for about 5 years now and I finally made up my mind to get this procedure done. But, unfortunately I'm 5'9 and I have a 39 BMI and according to my coordinator I need to be at least at a 34. I've been eating healthy and working out like crazy so I can finally put my other half of my deposit to set a date! Any tips ladies??

Thank you!!!I'll do cardio one day and strength the next... And I'm trying to eat healthy but when the weekend comes oh my goodness it is sooo difficult... I've never heard of it I'm going to do my research! How much did you loose?

Hey, the thing about the diet is that you really have to stretch it out, probably once a month. It's one of those emergency type diets when you really need to drop fast, usually between 8 - 10 pounds.....some people can go back to back but it's ruff, but possible.
The cardio and strength, for myself I incorporate it together. I love "kettle Bells" they are really good for cardio workouts, and ankle weights....for leg lifts...when a person do cardio for 3 min....than strength 3 min....cardio 3 min.....it confuses the body and more calories are burned because the heart rate is increased and with the strength a person can burn double the amount of calories all day because muscles are being strained.
For myself total with weight loss I lost was probably 30 pounds before the surgery, and 15 pounds after surgery... my starting weight was 223. What really helped me was strength training!! Girl please do strength it will really help with the dropping of the inches, and after the procedure you will drop so much weight it will make your head spin. I promise.

Try to incorporate "Vegan" protein drinks.....Protein is soooo important in building muscles!! Be aware of (artificial fillers in these products) 100% natural is the best!

I have exactly 5 months to loose AT LEAST 40 pounds.... I was doing so good until 2 weeks ago I got really sick and couldn't go to the gym and I ate really bad... I need to get back on it. loosing weight is so hard :(.... I need this

I want to lose at least 40 lbs. What has been working for me is intermittent fasting , walking and limiting my carbs.

I need to loose at least 40 to do the procedure.... if I could loose 50 that would be awesome... I'm thinking about rescheduling so I can have more time :(

I'm the same.. i gotta lose atleast 20lbs. Weekend for me is also a struggle sometimes ughh.

I'm a little excited because I actually went down to a 37.8 BMI.... it's better than nothing but I know I can do better and I just have to keep going
